As an architect in UAE and now in EU, walang architectural guidelines ang low-cost subdivision na to, so any house can build any design style they wanted. So in the end para na syang chopsuey design. Imagine ikaw yung next door unit, then sa other side mo nagtayo ng ibang design din..naipit ka sa 2 big walls. Nice house but better if sa independent lot ginawa

tell your friend to consult a lawyer or a civil engineer. I see some civil code violations of the structure because of the adjustments. The city hall or neighbor to the right may sue them.

Well planned and efficient ung pag use ng space 👌 First time nagfeature sila ng mga common mass produced townhouses na makikita mo sa subdivisions dito sa metro. I like how they did everything they can to modify ung generic townhouse. Kitang kita mo na nagstastand out ung house nila. Only gripe sa mga ganung house ung car parking which kita naman is non existent.
Ganda nito, walang maliit na budget sa creative minds.
Kapag kinuha ang 3/4 ng decors, yon ang minimalist.

Nice design overall, especially the front area - simple and contemporary (I love the covered/shaded balcony on the 2nd floor too). Didn't know you can extend and re-design townhouses like that - this one literally stood out from all the others (that all looked plain and all the same)! I guess it also develops on how strict the developers are.

I totally agree with you. This is 100% Not a minimalist house! Every space & walls has something! Our house is true minimalist, just big furnitures and decor accents, you can’t find little things on display like cooking gadgets are all in the cabinets

Townhouses like this are usually very lax when it comes to renovations. Ung iba nga un ung ginagawang main selling point ng townhouses nila. Sky is the limit on customization.

@@mariloubautista4170 kadalasan maraming bawal, pero dapat ina allow na ng subdivision wala naman masama binili mo na, as long as di ka lalagpas sa property mo. Kaya yun karamihan ng subdivision hindi nabenta kasi ang dami restrictions.

Okay naman pero chopseuy nga ang design. Sana consider niyo ang parking space. Kapag iyong tapat niyong property madeveloped na at may bahay na rin, tapos dalawa kayong magkatapat na hindi nag-alot ng parking, nako po! Unahan kayo sa pagparada sa harap ng mga bahay niyo. Marereklamo pa kayo ng mga dumadaan kasi halos wala ng madaanan kapag nagkaganon.
Inubos na yung setback ng lote, siguradong walang building permit yan

Wala ba sila sasakyan para di na maglagay ng garahe? Also, talaga bang walang setback ang restrictions sa development kung nasaan ang bahay nila? Yun mga katabi kasi ay naka atras at parang setback yon or provision for garage.
