This sounds so interesting - I’ve had major knee surgeries to stop my knee cap subluxations 🤞🏻 but my EDS is getting worse in my hips, wrists and shoulders (probably due to the years needing crutches 🤦🏼‍♀️). I’m down in Devon so no clue if there are any practitioners near me as we seem to be forgotten once you pass Bristol…! I like that your physio said about pilates as I’ve found some exercises that have been doable without risking harm, particularly after I discovered @Jeannie Di Bon through a webinar she did for EDS UK. She has hEDS and so knows what we deal with and always give alternate ways to do the exercises to protect difficult joints. I love that RUclips has given me access to content like yours and others with EDS as I fought for 27 years to get my diagnosis after becoming symptomatic with my knees at 11… Thank you for sharing this journey 😊

Thank you so much for watching and telling me a bit about your situation. 💕 I really hope you can find somewhere near you that does K-laser treatment! Walking on crutches for years does so much damage to our joints! 😩 xxx

Is this treatment expensive to get?

It’s definitely expensive! This is why the NHS doesn’t offer it. Because it’s done privately, different practices charge different amounts. It’s worth doing your research and comparing some prices if it’s something you’re interested in trying. It’s been life changing for me ❤️
