thank you so much! this is super helpful
btw the third ones are upside down, and the elastics are only supposed to be pulled tight enough to meet each other; that could be why it felt wrong
Another amazing video edit hun

Aww thanks so much for watching! 💗 I’m so happy you found it helpful 💕
This video was so informative and is very helpful for me (trying to find knee supoort for my 20° overbendning EDS knees)
Question, how do you know that your knees over bend by 20* exactly? I’m only asking cause I low key any to figure out how to measure how much my knees over bend
I have ones like the first pair - I never know if I'm using them right, I've been left to my own devices finding mobility aids for my long covid. It is a bit reassuring hearing things like about cutting off the blood supply - I was worried it meant I was doing it too tight, but if I do it loose, it doesn't help my knees!
i have ehlers danlos syndrome to hypermobility type and my knee got badly hurt and its been 2 months and i have not rlly recovers at all. i have got crutches and a wheelchair however i try not to use them.
for p.e at school i do therapy physicle type and everyone else does trampoling or like some sort of rlly hard core things. they dont think of people who have a disability at school!
I send hugs. It takes a really long time for our joints and ligaments to heal and often it never goes back to fully normal because we've over stretched the ligament and they don't fully revert. It took my knee about a year to "heal" from some of my injuries but I still have chronic inflammation in my knee and hip. And yeah, having to do physical therapy to just be able to exist with minimal pain is really hard to deal with and there's a lot of grief attached to it.
Please use your mobility aids as much as you need them as they will help your knee heal quicker, I've been using a cane since I was 25 and its allowed me to do a lot more with less pain. A brace might be a good idea, it was incredibly helpful for me, I have a wrist brace that i use daily and sleep with due to specific issues and have had a knee brace in the past that was amazing (part of why I'm watching this, I need a new one lol).
Thank you very much for this video!
Can I ask you the brand of your pink and black crutches?
I cannot use the basic kind anymore due to wrist pain.
Thank you!
Thank you so much and I’m so sorry I’m only seeing this comment now! 🫠 My crutches are from a brand called Smart Crutches 💕
@@stelasulzdorf thank you very much and don't worry at all!
