Crazy stuff. Looked like a sunrise for a solid 20 seconds there. Too bad we had fog over in Sarasota County this morning. Definitely would have seen it otherwise.
it looked like a Nuke went off. it was nuts
@@nickhowatson4745 the whole sky turned orange and I'm in daytona
For a few minutes, the SLS plumes created an artificial sunlight. What an amazing sight!
2:04 Blast was so epic his car alarm went off
Until you actually see and feel the launch, you don't realize how deep the sky is. It's one of the few ways that can give you perspective of what you are looking at anytime you look up at the sky. Absolutely perfect view with the moon in the frame.
If it was making car alarms go off at that distance from the pad can you imagine how many went off at Kennedy space center? Especially around the vehicle Assembly building and launch control? I hope someone sent out a memo that this could happen
Great Car Alarm Tester
Powerful CGI. It can actually set of car alarms 🤣
@@apolloskyfacer5842 You don’t believe in it but you have a nasa profile picture? Lmao.
@@hamavery6476 You're not making any sense.
Glad one didn't go off where i viewed it.
@@apolloskyfacer5842 alright troll
The most impressive launch footage I have ever seen, ever! Even NASA has never captured anything this beautiful. Thanks for sharing the view and ambience.
All the closeup shots of the engines, etc from like Everyday Astronaut are cool but I love wide shots like this that really capture the scale of what's going on, and what it would be like to be a person spectating at the event.
ESA or the Canadian space agency wouldn't even know how to capture anything this beautiful either!
I love how the angle makes it look like it's flying directly TOWARDS the moon, lol.
I was fortunate enough to watch a shuttle night launch from Titusville 1996.
I remember thinking one could read a newspaper from this distance, 11 miles, as they're so bright..
Nice view mark, really helped my 9 year old grasp how big it was. Lit up the sky. And don’t worry there are more SLS rockets to come
Out of this world outstanding coverage.
What an amazing sight. And it's target is right there in the picture, waiting.
Wow!!! Like a fast-forward sunrise! Very impressive! Thanks for sharing!
I’m somewhere on that bridge. Truly amazing experience.
Thanks for taking and sharing this video, greetings from Guatemala!
Thanks for sharing Mark! Even with the low cloud cover I was able to see it here in Jacksonville. So the sound from your video really added to it!!
I get goosebumps every time. Thank you for sharing!
Moments you will never forget.
Nice! It was visible from Fort Lauderdale all the way to the horizon.
I've seen a lot of launches from here but never saw the sky glow orange all the way from here.
Brilliant videography.. many thanks to all who gave this gift 🚀 👍
First 30 seconds looks like an atomic blast! Love the sound, and how after a couple of minutes it seems to travel horizontally from the POV of camera even getting lower than the moon! Nice job guys!
I love how you framed the moon. Great clip, thanks for sharing!
SLS set off a car alarm! Love the crowd whooping it up! GO fever!
That is the best video I have seen of the launch! Cool, night into day….
My mom and I watched it just on the other side of the bridge at Veterans Memorial Park. Hearing the crowd cheering as the sky lit up was amazing.
I love it when the car alarms get tripped.
Yeah that was crazy! Such a deep all encompassing roar.
Crazy how it lights up the sky
Lovely!
i watched from Jacksonville you could tell how long it was from this view ive seen many this was amazing thanks for sharing your point of view go NASA!
Saw this all the way over from Riverview, amazing sight. Even got to see the boosters separate
Awesome !!!
Amazing😍
Fantastic
Such a cool video to watch. I’ve seen a shuttle launch, two space x falcon and 1 atlas launch. All of them were awesome to experience. Can’t wait to see an Artemis and starship launches.
So cool, I was there too bro over at Scobie Park area on the other side of the bridge. I should have brought my GoPro but used my stupid phone but recorded the sound and uploaded it today. Awesome stuff!
Awesome shot! I was (somehow!) able to get “Feel the Heat” tickets and saw/videoed from the Apollo/Saturn complex. Two completely different experiences, but both amazing nonetheless!
Amazing footage!
Omg I didn’t realise how dark it got after it ascended upwards - It’s so bright!!
Thanks, ameazing video and sound❤️
12 miles away, I think? Awesome!
Real great, thanks for posting. Watched to the end.
Omg they just flew right past it!
This was the moment fishes, birds, and animals woke up believing it was sunrise already.
Amazing! 👍🚀
What a great video!
wow can hear the engine WOW
Amazing how bright that is. It’s like we launched a second sun into space. Then the car alarm I mean holy moly that’s some fucking power🤣
The sight reminds me of the scene in Empire Of The Sun, when the bomb falls on Hiroshima and Jim, interned in a camp near Shanghai, sees a bright light rise on the horizon. This is fun to watch even which when you scrub with your finger to move the rocket dot! I envy my sibling who got to watch this live.
Truly the Haj for the world’s Nerds
I was surprised at the lack of sound at an Atlas launch a few years ago.
Go Baby Go ! Nice vid.
The percussion set off a few car alarms!
The speed of the water is so fast
looked like spirit bomb
How far?
2:04 car alarms going off, lol ..isn't Titusville like 8 miles away from the launch pad??
Yes. It’ll be the loudest rocket ever built. I think the new rocket Elon is working on could be louder but I’m not sure it will be when nasa rolls out the heavier version with bigger engines
@@Porsche4life Super Heavy will probably be louder, 33 raptors-already a very punchy engine that has only got louder since the last suborbital test flight-is just a stupid amount of energy. That being said, SLS is up there for sure, those SRB’s are like bass-cannons from what I’ve read, Saturn V only clears it because it’s engines were 5 of those at once. This is gonna be one loud decade for aerospace thats for sure.
"Would ya just look at it?!?!"
Worlds most sensitive car alarm!
And right back to earth...
Uh no...
Was that a comment that you could smell the rocket
LOL it set car alarms off
LOL. Sound wave set off a car alarm.
What’s the distance to the pad here?
about tree fiddy
Am I the only one that thought it was sunrise ant the light was the sun?✋
Why record stop i want to see rocket light disappear
"here comes the sound, hear comes the sound"...thanks Einstein.
It litterally looks like a nuclear bomb has detonated at cape carnaveral.
Graças a Deus deu tudo certo, se teve todo esse brilho funcionando de forma perfeita imagina se houvesse um acidente ? seria uma "bomba atômica"
la araña que estaba por ahi: 💀
That sound was loud evough to set off a car alarm.
Gorgeous video.. Just edit out the narration
Nice job. Thanks for this. Now let's go find that goof who wouldn't turn off their car alarm...did the rocket's low freqs cause that alarm to go off? That is awesome though, but it ruined 30 secs of your vid lol.
you know..... *without all this fighting and wartime stuff the future of space travel is looking bright*
Stupid car alarm...
Did you see the UFO following the launch too?
No
Is it me or did it miss the moon?👀
It's you.
Its definitely you.
What sound... that was weak.
go to 1:50
🤣 It went down to another point on flat Earth
Now if the guy would have not just talked over it it would’ve been even more impressive
Shut up hater
Not cgi at all.....
