Bit of a warning. One of the luvthemknives steel test video showed they....were not exactly honest on their blade steels on one of their knives. Labeled m390 but was 9cr or similar. Obviously, it's not a issue on the scalpel blade stuff but something to keep in mind. Thank as always Beez.
I am always so leery about purchasing knives from these little known knife companies because one of the ways that they keep their prices down is by advertising something like M390 and giving you 9cr thanks for the heads up
Love these scalpels, I carry one in my backpacking and fly fishing pack for cleaning trout.

I recommend the olitans. I thought it was some random crap brand until after using it, it was the best budget friendly pocket knife I’ve ever used.
I bought a Samior flipper scalpel years ago when i got into kniflves, and i still use it to this day for fine, Intricate cutting

I own a couple replaceable blade knives made by Outdoor Edge. They're great if you need a fresh edge but don't have a sharpener while hunting. I really like the next to last one that has the milled titanium(T077). I think I'll get one of those. Would be great for my keychain. Thanks for sharing all these with us Beez. Have a good week 😊

Very interesting concept. In addition to collecting knives, I do a lot of model making and whittling where a blade like this could be very useful. This is like an X-Acto knife with a decent size handle. Definitely on my list of knives to check out.

I was excited about the first one but I already have a lifetime supply of Chinese D2. Given that it's a titanium frame lock for $25, are we sure it is even D2? I'd want to see LTK do an XRF and hardness on this one...

I enjoy your program and saw something I would really like to have, which is the Olitans AL-T018 which has the #11 scalpel blade, but when I went on to Amazon, I could not find this knife. There is a site for this knife but when you click on the item, it goes to a different knife with no tab to go the the T018. It looks like you could put some tritium tubes in the scale the T011 and in the pocket clip of the T012 & T077.

That would be a great addition to a tackle box, or a bird bag. Probably just the ticket for some jalapeno stuffed dove or quail after a long day in the field.
Heck, even the hobby box for some clean precise detail work like cleaning up molded plastic parts.

Too bad they are liner and frame locks. Meh
Olitans has never used quality materials. And you shouldn’t really expect them to; for $10, you’re not gonna get a full titanium knife. But they do lie about it: they lie about blade steels, and they lie about scale material. Their G10 isn’t G10; is a much cheaper plastic. Their “titanium” is the most ferrous titanium I’ve ever heard of; it’s not titanium at all. But they’re still good knives. For this guy to be healing out about these titanium knives without at least checking if they’re magnetic is pretty funny.

Pretty neat knives! Great idea and super useful! Never have a dull knife again with one of these scalpel knives. Definitely some great looking designs!
