They sent me an invoice of $331.00 to do something so simple. I was like for that price I mind as well buy brand new pair. I made my purchase on 4/21/202 and just fixed my beats in less than 15 min. today. I am so grateful right now. Thanks again!
Just tried putting my on and heard a crack and now I'm here with the rest of you 🤣 I hope everywhere had read travels with their headphones man, I'm trying super glue first, luckily I think I had a plan for them to be replaced hopefully!
If the super glue does not work long (which it won't) come on to our store CentralSound.Co and get a replacement headband. They are very easy to replace. No special tools needed.

I accidentally snapped mine on the left hinge and now my right speaker isn’t working because of that. I have to hold it in a certain position for it to work for a moment. Anyone else have this issue? Can you make a video on how the back and front of one speaker are disconnected. The wires are fine, but the logo piece and speaker piece came apart. If you have any social medias I may be able to show you, if thats fine.

Hello, You will need to insert that small pin back in the Solo 3 hinge. Look on the right hinge that's functioning properly to compare and see where the pin goes. It's a little tricky to insert the pin back in. It's helpful to use a small pair of tweezers and exercise your patience. Hope this helps and good luck.

Does the replacement headband fit both the solo 2 and solo 3?
Yes they will fit both models but some of the colors for solo 2 are not the same as solo 3.
