the baking soda+super glue method doesn't last long , it will break again , because there's no flexibility in the bonded area . Melted plastic is the best fix

Never will I my turtle beach again it's all cheap plastic supertreated I'm sure so it doesn't last long . I came here to see if their might be another way or some plyable yet strong metal to use to give it an extra strength. Never heard about using baking soda but I'm sure if you drop it it'll break elsewhere. Never drop and never fold if it has that ability with plastic as new. After fixing is especially Never drop over stretch and you won't be able to fold which should never be done to begin with

These things are garbage. I’m on my second hinge replacement, and the ear pads are shredded. Apple should be sued in a class action like they were for their airpods!

i has repaired more than 30-40 headphones and they all works like new, just use tape, to cover glue parts and keep all together.
