8:35 I’ve watched all the cutscene videos of every Kingdom Hearts game but I’ve never seen this cutscene.

It's in Birth By Sleep. It's not a particularly popular scene compared to the others, especially since it doesn't really hold any information besides that Braig/Luxu is working with Xehanort.
