- Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx is exploring a policy that would direct prosecutors to reject drug and gun charges that stem solely from select routine traffic stops by police. Natalie Martinez has an explanation.

Reed was killed because he was a criminal. He had a gun and used it against the police hurting one.
Reed was garbage . Cops knew him from previous gun encounters . So of course they went after him to get gun off the street and a piece of garbage off street . He fired on cops he lost . The reason "pretextual traffic stops" don't work is that the police often pull over regular people, like the elderly driving old cars or those who can only afford cheaper vehicles. Meanwhile, gang members in flashy cars and drug dealers in luxury SUVs get away without being stopped. It seems like the cops are more interested in getting overtime than actually doing their jobs. We hardly see them patrolling the streets, whether it's day or night. Where are they? Probably back at the station discussing their lunch plans.

They pull over mainly BLACKS insinuating no other race commits traffic violations. It’s always the loud mouth whites & Latinos in office coming for her the Latinos should be glad they are even here if they are legal okay !
