It's dangerous to mix up introversion, eternal morbid melancholy with sadness ;) We try to light up somebody's life, but finally the person drags us into this darkness or just closes himself in his introvert world, where he feels the best, because that is how his nature works like... He leaches on our life force, because he needs it to cheer up his life... but gives us nothing in return. And we end up lonely living next to such person ;)
