One of my favourite episodes of the whole show. That first guy they meet in the pub was also the mechanic in Will’s work experience in The Inbetweeners
I was gonna comment to say that first guy they meet in the pub was also the mechanic in Will’s work experience in The Inbetweeners but I don't need to waste my time doing it now because you've already done it.
I genuinely had a list of phrases for the last big tournament, either a euro or World Cup, and managed to get quite far before someone noticed I was reading off my iPad rather than having any idea what was going on. I’m quite fond of ‘well you know, it’s a game of 2 halves isn’t it…’ My list is 100% inspired by the episode and I add to it whenever a new generic football type term comes up 😁
I dunno if you've watched them yet, only found you both yesterday and been binging your it crowd stuff. Richard Aoyade is so funny irl too, tons of good content out there with him. It might be too long for RUclips but you need to check out the "Big fat Quiz of the year" there's a few of them and they're a good couple of hours. It's a quiz show that's shown at the end of the year based on the years events. Hosted by Jimmy Carr. Richard and Noel Fielding (the goth in the red room!) Appears on them a lot, usually on the same team, and they're a power house of comedy together.
Love watching you guys, have cheered me up in some tough time so thank you. I have a recommendation for you its another british sit-com, Benidorm. It's so so funny u would love it. Anyway I'm Paul a Brit living in New Zealand
I think he meant the 1st league where they're not paid big money and nobody can name any of their players. Given how even the National League is mostly pro-teams now he's looking at National League North/South.
I've been loving this. Watching you two discover one of my all-time favourite shows. If you love Matt Berry and Richard Ayoade, you should check out "Garth Marenghi's Dark Place". A show made to look like a bad early 1980s sci-fi/horror show. Only 6 episodes but pure genius!
"Garth Marenghi's Dark Place" A-B-S-O-B-L-O-O-D-Y-L-U-T-E-L-Y !!!!!!!!!! But you'd better also warn the guys about the piss-take out of American Film Gun Culture (to say nothing of formulaic drama on American TV) in the intros - that always cracked me up, even before the show began: docs with guns - who'd have thunk it? An absoulte GEM!
it is the premier league that is preventing content not arsenal. when my team brighton got promoted to the epl they ordered all content to be taken down of brighton that wasnt licenced by them which included old 70's and 80's games when the epl didnt even exist
It will be interesting to see if they react to 'the speech' - given it was removed from iplayer and is now contraversial for no adequately explored reason. They may skip it, which is a big shame!
@@EveryoneWhoUsesThisTV It would likely be considered anti-trans, which nowadays is the most taboo subject you can discuss and will get you banned from just about anything.
Spoiler Alert... The series Gets more surreal and even better later. Great Reactions to bloody brilliant program Keef an ex IT consultant in sunny Souf Oz 😎
Arsenal where in oceans 12, there an old film called the Arsenal stadium mystery and of course the kinda rom com Fever Pitch staring Colin firth is about a and arsenal fanatic and his love life over the championship winning season woukd throughly recommend this... Dont watch the truly dreadful American remake with Jimmy Fallon and Drew Barrymore
Come on lads, the 1st division is the actual 3rd tier of English Football and it is still jam packed with clubs who I effing hate. You gotta go non league not to get a reaction and even then, best to avoid the London area, Birmingham, the North, Lancashire or any poxy posh countryside teams/ Get with it FFS
Daniel might I suggest, South Shields Mariners, as a non league club to support. They've been doing pretty well this season. Although Wrexham seems to be the fashionable underdog club at the moment, having just been promoted to the bottom league last season and still on form.
In the wake of Everton losing 10 points for financial irregularities, brought to the FA's attention by Leeds Utd. Arsenal are trying to get Man City's league championship overturned on some slim pretext of breach of rules. Talk about bad losers.
One of my favourite episodes of the whole show. That first guy they meet in the pub was also the mechanic in Will’s work experience in The Inbetweeners

oh shiiiite! I just noticed that as well!
@@nobbycheeseman2915 and imn a earlier episode jays dad is the bus driver

“Who closed the doors?” Is such a brilliant line 😂

Michael the magician... I work on trains in the UK and I met him on my train. He's a really lovely guy called Paul Bazely.
I remember hanging out with some regular people once, and the realisation suddenly hit me - This must be how normal people feel all the time.
Arsenal can't really block that because there is nothing that is their content.
This is one of my favourite episodes
As a Gooner (Arsenal fan) EFFF you too 😊 😘
I don't know that I've identified with any sitcom episode as much as the first part of this one. 🙂
Talking about non league teams with crazy names, there's a team playing in the FA cup today called Cray Valley Paper Mills
That's hands down my favourite episode, so glad you appreciated it so much!

The first few seasons of Benidorm were pure comedy gold.
There should be a Keystoneshire FC.
Arsenal were actually trying to walk the ball into the net at the time. Viera and Henry were gone and they were like an ineffective Barcelona.
Ahhh Keystone-shire - what a team
'Who do you support?'.
Me: England.
Also, 'Dan' was the mechanic in the work experience episode of the inbetweeners.
Michael the Magnificent 😂
All the time I had to dodge the Old Bill after a match or a job, never snogged a mate
This is a defining episode in the show!
Such a great series
17:17 Sticking your tongue down a bloke’s throat is definitely outside the box.
I think you are in for a massive surprise and wake up call if you go to a league one game, they are full time and still paid better than most of us.
I think he meant the 1st league where they're not paid big money and nobody can name any of their players. Given how even the National League is mostly pro-teams now he's looking at National League North/South.
Ignorant Americans mate but I'm hardly surprised
I started watching your IT Crowd reactions 2 days ago and just finished to find out you’ve just posted this one 😎 😊
Arsenal aren't ones to block anything. Which is why they have a lot of goals scored against them.
Oh, well done sir! 👏
Literally the best defence in the league atm
Moss in the stadium is me in the stadium...
