This is in our opinion the best floorplan in Talvona. We specially like the primary shower with no glass. Glass is very hard to keep clean, you must squeegee after every use and I am too lazy to do it. 😂 Our favorite rum is Cruzan vanilla rum it's delicious. And shout out to Angelo for the sharp yellow suit 👍

This one is really cute. Very Mediterranean looking on the outside. WOW, I love the entry here. OMG, the cassette tape from “back-in-the-day”, too funny! I remember when those came out and it was revolutionary. Now I really feel old. The Bar Area is nice but, for me, as I don’t drink, I’d want to repurpose this area for something else. I’m not sure what exactly but, something functional for me. I really like this office space, that’s very nice. The kitchen surely has potential. I’d want an upgraded stove, ideally wider with double ovens. The pantry is quite small but, I think it could be worked with. Soft-Closing drawers are a must have too, I don’t know why they don’t just make those standard (well, I do know why, it’s something they can charge for but, it should be standard). I’d want to extend the cabinets all the way through the dining area too. I really love the covered patio area, that really makes a difference. I do like the fire pit they have there. I think I’d want a larger yard to accommodate a pool. I wouldn’t want to pay more for a strip view though, that’s just not worth it to me (I know it is for some). I do like the primary bedroom, plenty big but not wasting space. Very nice, for sure. I would like a door on the shower so it could be a steam shower. Frankly, I like the wall enclosing the shower. I would be happy either way but this would be just fine with me. I’d spend upgrade budget other places. Tons and tons of possibilities with this home.
