  • Building a shed out of wet green lumber, this time It was for my wife. A sawing and building DIY video using only freshly felled wood.

    Surprised it hasn't cracked with the walls being screwed like that. Boards and batten seems to be suggested when using green lumber, especially thin.

    What a nice shed for your wife to utilize. It's quite artistic. And you can unscrew components to make repairs should any ever be needed.
    I caught a few glimpses of the transparent ceiling you installed on it. What is the material used?

    Hmow about termites? Are they in your area? Ever treat the wood with borate? Any rats under the floor boards? Last, what type of tree did you use? Conifer, fir, cedar, etc. After one year, looks great.
