Is Dev evoker an easy caster class? I am looking at a caster dps alt for pvp, but I dont play casters much, so i wanted to start with something simple.

I have every class maxed and typically pick a couple to main at different times. I was surprised at how little keybinds you need for dev and aug evoker. Prez has more but not by much. Dev rotation is easy as well. Hope this helped
