Currently based in Siargao, Gaps Sabuero honed his eye for photography and filmmaking by capturing the waves and the surfers of the island.
His work began to get noticed when he made the finals of Redbull Illume Imagequest in 2016.
Since then, he has worked in various local projects including award-winning documentaries and movies, as well as earning the title of National Winner in the World Photography Awards last 2018.
Through his craft, he has made it a mission to nurture the culture of Philippine Surfing.
