    Will you please upload a video about how to grow taller after becoming 18 years old.
    I am 18 years old & 5 feet 8 inches tall and want to become 6 feet 2 Inches tall.

      Fyrick24, Well I am still growing, and that's why I think that I can become 6 feet 2 Inches tall. And if they suggest some exercise , I can get my best.

      Fyrick24 No, a doctor didn't. But my father and my brother grew like that. They were 5 feet 7 when they were 18 and my father is now 5 feet 11 and my brother is 6 feet tall even without exercise. If I start doing exercises, then it will help me to get that 2-3 inches' gap that I want.

    When I do plyometrics for strength and explosiveness, should I do 4 sets of 6-10 reps, or can I increase the reps, is there a problem of I make 15 reps?

      Well these reps require 100% of ur muscle capacity to explode
      So i guess u cant even go towards 15 reps
      U can try tho
      But if u get too sore next day just remember that some exercises doesnt need high reps
      ..
