In a way, it's a beautiful coming-of-age peace, outgrowing Garry's Mod, outgrowing the fun and mingery (even if you don't necessarily want to). Yeah, it was great while it lasted. I feel like some of the server's mystique was lost when Bed heard a guy laughing about his "power" behind a locked door. I instantly concluded that was the table's player, and judging by its long absence followed by being casually dismissed when the standing table appears right in front of him, I was on the money. It definitely feels like there were a bunch of well-scripted scares and creepy moments early on that ran out and gave way to intentional self-parody at the end. 1:30 i get this little heady rush when I become hyperaware of an environment. it happens especially if i'm in a place like here, or somewhere I dont belong, or up high. The sound being used here, almost an electrical humm, is probably the best aural representation of that feeling. most of the time you dont think about where you are. Most of the time you're somewhere familiar, and when you arent, you're usually with other people or are busy. It's when you have time and are alone that it really sinks in that you are somewhere youve never been before, or somewhere at a time you've never been before. That eerie awareness that this place existed as it was or close to it regardless of your experience. It was there and now you are here, and it will be there almost the same after you leave. The world is so huge, but here is a single slice. Just a room, but as small as it is, you are smaller. It's almost like the space warps around your perspective. details swell in your vision as your brain suddenly begins to process them. You might wonder about the people who used this room in the past. Who propped that mop there, a janitor? someone juts getting it out of the way? I never take the time to think about that unless i'm in places like that. WHen I do, the feeling escalates. I'll open a door and that humming rush almost makes me dizzy as I see and experience... an empty meeting room. wow. The quietness of the room and my own soft footsteps on the cheap flattened carpet encourages me to breath softly, turn slowly, as I try to intrude as little as possible. I'm a ghost. No one to see me or hear me. I try to do the same, until all I hear is the rattling of the AC, the silent pressure of an empty room and the periodic flush of awareness that sounds almost like the sound BedBananas uses here.

Bed is one of those unique channels that I can honestly say I get really excited for whenever they upload. He continuously breaks the mould but it has that old RUclips charm to it of not giving a damm and just making whatever you want. Loved the video Bed!
Lawlmans acting was 10/10 lmfao when he spits during the fight scene I was cracking up. As always Bedbananas got the best video game content hands down. So fire to watch
Bed, your return to GMod brings back memories of the beginning of the channel and all the funny moments compilations. It’s really great and I feel like you’re saying a lot about that with this video when you take a look at it on a deeper level. Making a return to a “dead game” only to find somebody still keeping it alive because they want to find a friend reminds me a lot of searching through servers as a kid trying to find somebody to talk to when I went home after school. Thanks for another great video

Love seeing gamezjohn again and the fight scenes with the full body tracking between lawlman and bed were hilarious but also so well done. I hope there's more of these on the horizon, would love to see gmod paranormal return
this is awesome! you've pieced together your improv in a way that proves a great exploration of surrealism, the space between reality and unreality in games, and horror in a digital medium!!! I love it
It's so bizarre how a hour long gmod skit somehow follows the hero's journey so well like Meeting the wizard can be seen as duck or the radio Crossing the boundry is joining the server Itself Meeting of the godness can be seen as Daniel The death can be seen as the fight against Daniel since bed becomes confident and fight plus Daniel has a Metaphorical death with him standing up to paul then a literal death
i actually have no words for how good this video is not even trying for yt karma here you deserve all the praise and than some thank u for not selling out and for sticking with the gang, you guys have chemistry like you wouldn't believe and it's palpable through the screen i'm archiving this shit locally, that's how good it is

Bed, you and your frienda are incredible. This is a legitimate movie and I love that you were able to combine your usual comedic improv with scripted scenes and a plot. It feels like a gamer's creepypasta come to life. And Gmod was such a perfect platform to tell this story and balance the comedy and horror elements.

Truly one of the arts of all time, still crying 😢
smelly boy
Live Alf Landon reaction
Alf Landon Playthrough reaction
Yo its him in the wild! Its Drew Durnil!
Amazing watching it live, even better with all this Bedbanana magic
I did. 😆 Stuff was crazy with the plot twists
Yeah, it was great how well all of this played out live!
You're so lucky. I wish I got to see it live...
Why I don't watch his streams. I have been behind productions both big and small in my life but no matter how I try it things always are best enjoyed when you haven't seen behind the curtain at all when you watch the end product. Just hits different
You guys are just on a different level creating content like this. It feels like we’re on a journey to something truly spectacular.
Oh my god, the rap at 56:40 nearly killed me, along with the kung-fu fight between Bed and Daniel near the end. XD
This was a masterpiece of storytelling.
What a SICK ending that works so well with the goofy and random stream. Thank you Bed Banana for being such a genius!
That ending is just amazing, I got surprisingly emotional at the end. I got some Outer Wilds ending feelings. You are seriously the best content creator I have seen. And from the likes of it you're going to stay the best.
This might be the greatest RP experience I have ever witnessed.
how can bed (and friends) make something i would much rather watch than 99% of movies that exist. like. this is masterpiece cinema.
Puss: "My name is The Cat Shoes!"
Bed: "Your name is Duck Cashews?"
Puss: "My name is, THE Cat Shoes!"
Bed: "Your name is Duck Cat Shoes?"
Puss: "My name is, Duck Cat Shoes!"
"Da Cat In Shoes" became "Duck Cashews" XD
friends were showing me that digital circus show and i instantly said "this is exactly like bedbanana's trapped in a VR roleplay server stream" lo and behold this edit was uploaded same day. what does it all mean.
BLOWN away by the redone ending it was everything i was hoping for out of an edited version of this, you and the whole crew rocked it
i like this trend of bedbananas where he releases a cinematic masterpiece then just dissapears for a year or two
That fist fight with daniel was a real shocker, did not expect either of you to pull such moves.
Love seeing gamezjohn again and the fight scenes with the full body tracking between lawlman and bed were hilarious but also so well done. I hope there's more of these on the horizon, would love to see gmod paranormal return
33:00 I love he shows the gun and ready to shoot 😂😂
this is awesome! you've pieced together your improv in a way that proves a great exploration of surrealism, the space between reality and unreality in games, and horror in a digital medium!!! I love it
It's so bizarre how a hour long gmod skit somehow follows the hero's journey so well like
Meeting the wizard can be seen as duck or the radio
Crossing the boundry is joining the server Itself
Meeting of the godness can be seen as Daniel
The death can be seen as the fight against Daniel since bed becomes confident and fight plus Daniel has a Metaphorical death with him standing up to paul then a literal death
Another unique masterpiece.
Thanks to everyone who worked on it.
THE RETURN!!!
Also, congrats on 1M!
Holy shit an hour and a half of Bedbananas gonna need popcorn and a drink for this one
The full body character acting on Daniel is so good
i actually have no words for how good this video is
not even trying for yt karma here
you deserve all the praise and than some
thank u for not selling out and for sticking with the gang, you guys have chemistry like you wouldn't believe and it's palpable through the screen
i'm archiving this shit locally, that's how good it is
1:17:12 "I am not like you. I am the protaganist."
Man casually breaks the fourth wall with that golden line
Don't forget, Bed's character is RPing the entire time. He doesn't realize the server is actually cursed until a few minutes later.

Looks more like its all staged to me
This video was a journey. I feel sad that I won't be able to watch this video again without knowing anything about it, and experience the discovery all over again.
Insanely good captivating story. This was on a whole nother level, I didn‘t even notice the time going by.
I could not breathe during the Ban Survival scene with the screaming moderator. haven't laughed that hard in a long time, thanks
BedBananas really just makes art. Pure, honest to god art, out of roleplay. It is amazing what you do Bed.
How the hell does this man constantly have content that bounces between being the funniest thing I've seen to something so genuinely moving???
At the end I had genuine goosebumps and I had yet to even wipe the tears out of my eyes from some of the bits, god this might be my favorite video he's done!
Everything leading up to the last sequence is incredible... Bed never disappoints
yoooo the ending was fire ???? i was such a big fan of this when it was first streamed its so cool to see the edits and additions, BRAVO
This is my new favorite video, AMAZING mix of lets play and cinematic production, the ending was breath taking and the performance from everyone involved was stellar, you're a true inspiration Bed.
been watching beds wacky stuff since 2013
never in my life did i think id ever get a one hour video from him
im so happy
I feel like I just watched a full movie. You got a wicked imagination and it's amazing to see everything put together
I just sat down and watched a fucking hour and a half Gmod movie. Damn. This gripped me so easily, Bed really puts everything on the table.
This, this was a fucking amazing experience. The entirety of the production, the buildup, the character development. EVERYTHING. Was fucking amazing. Well done dude.
What a Masterpiece again. Bed, you always surprise me. The creativity of these videos is unmatched. There is no one on Yt like BedBananas and first I was bothered by how little you upload but now im glad. I realised that the surprising factor is what makes this so great, I cant explain how excited i get when I randomly see a new Bed video. This channel is special, Bed you are special. I enjoy every second of these videos and it they never seem to disappoint. Also big props to all the boys that were in this video, this friend group creates literal masterpieces it is just amazing. Bed, take your time with the next one. I will wait and I know a lot of people will be patiently waiting with me.
this RP was top tier, it actually made me emotional, one of my new favourite BedBananas video
