    On a journey myself. What helps me is drinking protein shakes at meal time even if I don’t want to eat. My shake has 200 calories, no sugar, and 32 grams of protein. When I don’t do this and I skip a meal I get super hungry later and overeat.

    Since you’ve struggled so much with your weight, do you worry about your daughters’ weights?
