Crazy timing! I just installed a Cielo Eco for a customer who bought it off amazon and I helped them set it up; it works really well! Customer loved it, it worked reliably, had a nice interface on their phone, and was cheaper than Kumo Cloud. Cielo Eco is cheaper than the Max, but it doesn't have screen. Customer just wanted to use it on their phone since it was a lakehouse they rent out so they have control over their minisplit when customers leave. Great product!

Awesome! The Breez Max is nice for renters because sometimes the remote controllers get lost. Either way it's a good line of products. It's cool to hear you had a good experience!

I’m a super happy Breez Max user, its comfy max feature helps maintain my perfect room temperature. I also love scheduling and energy usage tracking feature as they help me keep up with my bills. One thing I need to mention that the Breez Max talks to AC via IR not RF.

Thanks for the feedback! That's a good catch on the IR vs. RF. We'll make a correction in the description.

I have the Breez Max, but you didn't talk at all about the product tiers. Specifically you didn't mention anything about the Cielo's ability to coordinate the rooms via multi-zone mini-split control and also you made no mention of the Comfy Max feature - both these things are why you'd purchase the Max over the lower price point products.

Those are some good points. Thanks for pointing them out!

I have Kumo Cloud for my three zone mini split and its sucks because It's always off line. Should I try Cielo

Cielo is definitely worth a try. It's affordable and easy to set up. Tech support is great so if you have issues they are more than willing to work through them.

3 questions 😅 this cielo max will make any non-wifi enabled unit, essentially wifi-enabled correct? or does the unit itself have to be wifi-enabled to begin with?
2- can one cielo max be used to operate two different heads? or do you need one cielo for each head?
3- can you wire this to the electricity cables that run to a traditional thermostat and power it that way?
    thank you!

the unit itself doesn't really have a way of being wifi enabled. That's just a nice way of saying the unit doesn't come with built in wifi. Yes, you can use the Cielo to make any ductless unit wifi capable.
You need 1 Cielo per indoor head.
We are not sure. It is a good question to ask the manufacturer. The unit is meant to be plugged into a 115v outlet and wirelessly connect to an indoor unit.

I have a hyperheat system and kumo cloud. Installer for the second set of units i got did not install the thermostat. I'm wondering if I should just get the MK whatever thermostat that comes with the unit or just get this since it's cheaper?

You can buy the MHK2 but the installation is more tedious and you'll pay more. The Cielo would be a cheaper option and easier installation. Plus it comes with wifi if the second set of units don't have kumo cloud.

@@gotductlessusa Sorry i didn't clarify, all units have kumo cloud set up. Main objective is to have an in room thermostat for guests to tweak. I guess that's not necessary since i have the remote for all units plus Kumo cloud?
Only other pro i can think of is the homekit integration. I don't use amazon or google
