Your most technical review yet! Great you took the time to elaborate on not just the cells differences but also the shock differences. Considering your 'other' obligations, I'd say the Extreme did pretty well. Not perfect but seemingly a very good effort from BG. Thanks Jack
thanks for testing 40T vs 50E
1st time Ive seen you leaving comments. Normally I watch your vids. ✌
Baby of T4+Master+Ex30😁😁 Remake test with Patton VS Extreme . Thumbs up for remake video 💪🏻.
Very nice review. Tempting wheel, time will tell. I am liking the direction of begode. Looking forward to your v14 impressions
Wow wow wow! Your best review to date! Amazing production, interesting and educational testing, insightful commentary!
I’d like to see a cohesive conclusion at the end of the video, and even more head 2 head against competitive wheels like the commander mini.
Or maybe just do 16” shootout!
Jack, this was probably your best video so far. Great job!
thank you! what did you like the most about the video?
voltage sag was a really eye opener. Great job bud.
Production value has gone up so much, great job I love the video, love the review, again great job, this review is great in Production value just like ride one's video, 👏 👍 🙌 ❤️ ❤
Please compare or review the adventure as well lol! It’s already in the background 😂
Quality video. Fantastic job!
Great review. Great filmography, and very informative. I didn't know that they were planning to increase max current to 350a 😲
Awesome review and content! Thanks for your attention to detail!
THANKS.
Peeping that adventure 👀
great video! i really want to see a video similar to the one you did with a bunch of wheels at the track but this time it would be a 0 to 60 or 70 kph and no riding beeps. the extreme looks like a great wheel but they just need to fix a few things
Damn that uphill burnout was dope!
Great video!! I'll probably gonna get the 40T version!
Wowwwww your intro, super cool!!! Loving it!!!
Are we not gonna talk about the inmotion adventure in the background 😏
Not much to say yet. Waiting for chooch to crash the adventure. Euc riding is all about crashing...
@pacochawa2746 Factual statement, but what counts is how it holds up after a crash, extreme took a beating and still got him home, the adventure is very modular, like to see how durable it actually is though.
The light sure ain’t too durable, or at least it wasn’t on Chooch’s test ride. I don’t understand why they didn’t supply the wheel with a screw cap to cover the charge port, which would’ve helped enormously with regard to preventing the ingress of water and grime. The shock and the suspension arms geometry doesn’t really inspire confidence either, to be honest. Looking forward to the Inmotion Adventure, which seems to be a more superior build and far superior suspension setup.
Well done video with lots of information! Thank you
Good video, definitely informative which is why I'm here. The mic clicking tho kills me.
How does it feel in your... 'role' whatever it is as like the bridge between Chinese factories and Western audiences. Hearing your voice in all the new promo videos (I think) and it seems leaving Kingsong gave you the ability to kinda float between companies.
This is by far the most difficult career/job I've ever had. Since leaving Kingsong it took me a year to have the trust of all manufacturers, understand how I could help benefit them and the entire EUC industry. Constantly I have to balance between my relationships between manufacturers and my stand point as an end user, as well as the company vs retailer relationship. Though difficult and stressful my passion for EUCs makes this job easy even when I've had little to no sleep in the last 2 days.
@@official.electricdreams thanks for the detailed answer.
It's good that you've managed to create a unique role that no other reviewers can really touch.
The effort shows and now it's time to hibernate for a week or something 😂.
Thanks again
would love to see the torque test up the hill with both wheels at around 20% battery..
Looks awesome...I wish I could rent one of these things some where
Coil shock removing travel is not a problem with coil shock but a problem with extreme shock geometry
100%, I've been very excited for this wheel but they still botched the geometry, hopefully there will be an aftermarket option because it doesn't look like they plan on fixing it 🤷♂️
Even the master linkage is still all sold out.
They literally have a wheel with a bent rod, trying to explain it away like its no big deal...wtf?
@@choochtech yea I saw that too, weird moment
So 40T for more safety. 50E for more distance. Thanks for the nice review. :)
Please, race this and Inmotion Adventure off-road! Thx
nice review, especially after the recent drama around this wheel. what does kuji think about the Extreme?
I swapped my preorder to the Adventure
I just dropped it. Maybe a street wheel?
I am not heavy offroader. But I want comfy wheel with good seating ride. 60km/h is plenty for me. Extreme seems like awesome choice :-)
Very nice revieuw.
I have seen a lot of cut outs on this wheel already
Yup, not good but most people aren't going to address that who are sponsored by them
Who else cut out?
✊ Powerful! Love!
👍🏻 thanks for Test.. ❤
Good info 👍
wait to see if those 2 wheels work after 2 wheeks...please see the bearing and the internal.board
Is the correct air shock size 200mm x 55mm ? I have the Extreme on the way and will swap the coil shock to the DNM 36RC like u did so to not bend the rod.
What's odd is how much the voltage changed after each run. The 50E dropped 1v after the first run. You'd think they would last longer being high capacity. Maybe they're getting really hot and as such losing more energy than the 40T.
i ride off road trails and i prefer the coil suspension but i don t want to bottom out ! what i can do to fix this ? just wait begode improvement on the the coil shock ?
love it
Nice video . But did the wheel last more than 15minutes :)?
even on 350A ..this wheel does not feel like Patton ...incredible how Leaperkim.has done with 126 v.
I was thinking oatton but still not sure. Patton just seemed slow atleast on vids. How is your actual experience? Want to get a good wheel...
@@pacochawa2746 Patton is amazing. Highly recommend
@@pacochawa2746 what?
*In regards to the; Chooch incident* , I dont talk about the cut out. I didnt discuss it in the review because this only happened recently, and editing again would delay the review even more. I see both sides:
1) Chooch shouldnt have been going that fast, on a wheel that he well knows given his experience isnt designed for it.
2) Begode needs earlier warnings, 2 beeps before cut out is not good enough. Something like pre-emptive warnings, but I have no experience in software engineering so I dont know how realistic it is.
Regardless, as someone who's been riding for 10 years+ on EUCs and been in more cut outs from prototype testing to pushing limits etc...It's important to:
1) Wear your gear
2) Play within your limits
3) Provide data back if you can to manufacturers so they can investigate such incidents to result in a better product and a safer community for all.
Eating battery. Cut out at around 50%. 2 beeps. That's unacceptable.
Well said Jack. After years of riding I can honestly say that every crash I have had was user error. It sucks chooch had a wreck like that, hate seeing anybody getting hurt, but I have to agree, and yeah he knows better.
Explain why Ride One also had similar issues, they had it cutout early too, but the rider was able to save it.
Kuji on IM Adv!!!
What's your opinion on off-roading between this and the Veteran Sherman?
What Helmet is that?
Based on your experience with both adventure and extreme, which one has more torque?
I’d love to know as well. Between those two myself for a smaller wheel.
Would love to see more 50% battery tests, that’s really where these wheels can fail
@ 7:16
It looks like the one with the 900lbs written on the tape, over the taillight, looks like the suspension pivot rod is already bent??Is that right? Or is it my eyes??
When his friend did the drop on both 750/900 wheels, the 750 didn't sound like it bottomed out, but the 900 definitely had a clunk. Why would the 750 do better in that test?
独轮那款比较推荐 extreme 如何 值得入手嘛? 对比inmotinon v14 那个更值得入手 目前感觉extreme 还不错 推荐下 谢谢
kuji was on the adventure how did that stack up against it
can you remote control it?
Is this wheel actually smaller wheel size than the Master? Extreme a better Master?
Yes same size at patton and t4 except rim is wider
3:30 spot kujirolls there 😀 on adventure
come on. let Kuji gives feedback as well. we miss him 🥺
im sorry im not good enough for you 😂
Qual a autonomia e seu peso?
Inmotion Adventure; take my money.
Howu doing?-super-you shared best !later. Electric-🤘
1:40 did the second wheel work???
it was working :) i just didnt put it properly down
I want 50 lb off-road wheels! S18 is still on top.
⚡👀⚡
ok I hope 40t will cutout less...
how about trying a rolling start?
I really want one but I'm scared of.dying a horrible painful death 😥
Let me find out the v14 has more torque than the extreme i think thats what you were insinuating
Just gonna act like ole boy wasn't on an adventure
20 wheels a year lmao!!
The voltage sage on this wheel is scary, I see why people are having problems with it
2:23
Asian easter egg
那个不是武哥吗····
No thanks, I'll take the Patton or maybe the upcoming v14.
So your giving out hints. V14 has torque/faster of the line😮
😂
Chooch probably disagrees with this
Chooch's RX
That's just how Chooch is. Lied about his speed...and then dramatizes it whenever something happens that just seems to happen to him. He was absolutely not going 32mph lol.
It's also not a speed demon street wheel. It's a trail wheel that he wanted to use on a freeway.
@@eucLogic It's still cut out in a millisecond. Without any warning.
@@eucLogici also had a crash SS ( a car hit me) i was going around 20mph....and the wheel rolled for around 10 meter after it.
It come out without ANY damage (i had powerpad and custom made bumpers on) only the pedal broke.
Would that be the case of a begode wheel? I don't think so.
@@BigBoss-gb4cx LOL I was hit by a car on a Monster Pro and I was able to ride the wheel for a long time following that. The only damage it has was the front light popped out.
chooch's had a nasty cut-out.
From what he said about a huge sag , voltage drop (right?) It seems like a possibility the problem is an unfortunate assembly issue. He may not have a good connection on one or more battery packs? Maybe a battery pack is bad. So, another consideration is not just design but remember with manufacturing there is a matter of process (parts, design for a quality manufacture (design and assembly process quality), test and revise (hopefully a good company would use HISTORICAL data to learn!!!) include beta testing by dummys(just kidding...er ah, well sort of), revision. One thing that is not obvious though is sorting of cells in each pack to match them up (so BMS is supposed to be there in case of an issue caused by wear or extreme use or future failure). A break in doesn't seam like part of Chinese communist party practice---just get the product made and sold ASAP. The break-in is important (look up Bath curve for failure...a reason not to get an extra warrantee) OK, my usual long post sorry!
@@gritred5500it could also be that the test wheel he used came to the USA without the batteries fitted (to expedite shipping via air), and whoever put it together Stateside maybe didn’t do a perfect job, but hopefully we will get the data and be able to evaluate what went wrong.
During torque test, u mentioned both wheels were on 350A but then when you were leaning hard with Xiao wu , footnote said both are in stock firmware ....I had a look at current latest firmware and extreme is limited to 280A.....another question, any difference if wheels are run on off road and race mode as well?
yes, since our test they have increased the current from 250 to 280a. Offroad and race makes a significant difference, you can check out the unboxing video. The sound each of them make were quite difference as well as performance, offroad has more low end torque.
