Hey, thank you for making these V-Bar / Hobbywing videos. I have just begun the process of switching over from 6250's, so the education is much appreciated ! most of my fleet runs hobby wing so if Mikado will ever get the Evo in stock, I will be on my way. can I ask you if an intermediate pilot will benefit from Evo over Neo? I still do not totally understand the differences other than operating speed. I have an evo radio if that matter in that decision. Thanks again for taking the time to put these videos out.

I have half my helicopters on the EVO fbl and the other half on the Neo fbl. I do feel a difference with the EVO. The tail is where I feel the most improvement. It tracks better for me in hurricanes, funnels, etc.... The EVO also gives me the option to run different cyclics centerpoint settings on the servos. I am still running the V Touch radio. The new EVO radio is faster on startup and during updates due to a faster onboard wifi. Which ever radio or fbl you get will serve you well. If you need help with setup or have additional questions reach out to me on facebook and I can help. Happy flying sir.

I have a hobbywing 80 V3 AND iam not getting any battery telemetry but iam getting rpm telemetry what could be the issue

Please review this video where I show my 80amp ESC setup..... RPM will come in through the RPM cable but if your not getting telemetry it could be your not plugging in the telemetry cable or you plugged it in backwards. I would check those connections. ruclips.net/video/0tXp9mcyQ6Q/видео.html

    Hello Greg,
I have the VBCe with a HW 150a V5 esc. I have everything setup correctly but my ESC menu is grayed out. I have tried everything including going on HF on Mikado Vbar forum and Vinger (Peter) from Mikado responded several times and I have done everything he suggested to no avail. I had to use my HW Program box to set my voltage to 8v and set my governor to linear. I have my VBCe set to HW Intergrated Vbar and I get full telmentry, 8v, and when I go from motor run to idle and back to motor run the spool is instant which I love. Everything seems to working perfectly on the table (not maiden yet) except for one other problem. When I went into Model Setup and did everything properly, I set my Cyclic Calibration to 8° and after existing Model Setup, my swashplate is no longer level at mid stick. Is this normal after setting C.C. to 8°? In fact I cannot get the swasplate to level no matter where I move the sticks after doing C.C.
Any help or suggestions will be most welcome.
    Thank you.. Bob

Is the telemetry cable connected? Check orientation. Regarding the swash.... when you exit the setup the swash will not stay level. As long as it is moving the right way you will be fine.

All is well. Mikado told me to put the cable into Port 2 instead of Port 1 and viola everything is fine now. Thanks for your reply.
