Your fear of being misconstrued, as in the opening, is a bit silly. No one watching this vid would dream of thinking otherwise. So why state the obvious?
There's also no reason to make a comment saying that it's silly. If you think it's silly just ignore it. This is youtube and there will ALWAYS be trolls lurking in the comments, so that is why they put the disclaimer. I think it's reasonable.
you can still see the curve west of Aldrington station which runs alongside the cemetery which was park of the Dyke line
Great video, really looked like a railway line with curves but the views were wonderful and seeing 5 counties in one place was nice.
Hangleton. . . Sounds like a place straight out of Harry Potter :D
Very interesting video. Never knew there was an abandoned railway in Sussex.
We have several abandoned railways here. I live right next to one of them!
Thanks Daniel for an interesting video with a lovely scenic walk
Awesome video
Pls can you explore the sprat and winkle line from Andover to Redbridge via Romsey
Really great video, lovely walk, I so want to do it. And what a vantage point to share with us. More please like this.
abandoned railway! yippee!
Well, the abandoned bus is headed for Brixton station- I guess that sorts Daniel's return to London
6:06 I would expect to see an EMU near a railway.... wait a sec
The red bus is route master which are no longer due health & safety they did not allow the open backs: Shame as I enjoyed travelling on them.
