    A small suggestion from my side, before soaking the rice, wash the rice twice or thrice to avoid the starchy odour in the final output. Or you can add aromatics like vanilla or cardamom to enhance the flavour. Let the creativity spread ❤

    The point of the Bundt pan is that you flip the cake out and it's ready to serve and glaze with the flat side down. Why would you serve it flat side up?
    Edit: I'm adding this for those who don't understand cake baking. The more you handle the cake, the more likely it will fall apart, especially when warm. Therefore, the beauty of the Bundt: no need to touch it at all. Flip it out and, boom! Perfect cake!

A cup of the grated coconut, 1 cup light olive oil, 3 eggs, 1 TBL baking powder, 1 cup+ 2 TBL of sugar. I would add a tsp of vanilla or 1/2 tsp of almond or coconut extract. Sounds wonderfully delicious!❣️Thank you so much for sharing❣️It looks like every one thought so, too, as there wouldn’t be so much response to trying to figure out proportions.😁Hang in there💗💕😊

  • @lindacasey5016
    @lindacasey5016 Год назад +9

    I made this cake but did some exchanges. I used coconut oil for the oil, Parboiled the rice because I didnt think it would soften, used Coconut Cream instead of Sweetened Condensed Milk, Agave instead of sugar & cooked it for 60 minutes instaed of 50.
    It was interesting & really had promise but it wasn't completely done so I'd add 5 minutes next time. Also, the rice was still a little crunchy. So I'd add 2 cups of cooked rice blended versus the 1 cup soaked. Possibly reduce the milk to half a cup since the agave is liquid & the cooked rice would already have absorbed some liquid. Also, I used Pam instead of margarine. It stuck to the pan so I'd stick with her margarine or butter on that. This recipe is gluten free for those who are tracking that.
