I know this is an older video - but thanks Van for these walk-throughs. It's like having a personal mechanic walking me through everything. And especially since my r3 was my first bike, it's super helpful to have such clear explanations and steps to avoid any silly mistakes before I know better from gaining experience.
Thanks for providing a tutorial on installation! I bought these for my 2022 Ninja 400 and noticed their were no instructions. Appreciate the hard work man!
These are rebranded rearsets, I just got a set from Azn, however they did the same thing I did, find the best set with features that matter, like the brake switch bracketing. My were cheaper.
Sorry, we do not have an install for that model. The closest we would have would be a Honda CBR1000RR 2014. Here is a link to that, perhaps it will help: ruclips.net/video/pdKmD_gt4_Y/видео.html
can you tell me, my stock R3 rearsets, there is a little metal rod attached to the bottom of the footpeg. this grinds on the road whenever my lean angle is a bit aggressive. is that more of a safety feature for newer riders to let them know their lean angle is aggressive? i have been trying to figure out if i should keep these metal rods or just remove them with a set like this
You can remove those from the OEM rearsets. This will get you a little more ground clearance. If you prefer you can also replace the OEM's with an aftermarket set that will get you a more solid feel as well as some adjustability. - Van
I'm thinking about getting a Yamaha R3. I really appreciate these videos STG. Although the Black n Red accessories would look so much better on the Black n Red R3.
hey guys, what is your position on certification of bike parts (CE, TUV, etc.?) I assume these have not gone through US/EU manufacturing quality certification? This is not a trick question - just want to understnd if these are safe to use.
We have all kinds of rearset install videos for that model R1. Here is a link to them on our site: www.sportbiketrackgear.com/2015-yamaha-yzf-r1-STG-project-bike/#rearsets - Van
Having issues getting these installed on my 14 Daytona R - sent you guys an email with a video. Basically the back of the brake lever is impacting the heel guard. Seems like a design issue that is creating a potential safety issue. Thoughts or work arounds?
Hi , hi fromHonduras i watch all your videos ... They are amazing....and let me tell you that I have learned a lot of things from you .. you are a Master ...SO I Have a question... Does rear set work on my Yamaha MT03 2019?
Hey, how's it going? Just purchased a set for my 2014 zx10r but my rear brake lever seem to be on the higher side, but then I adjusted it fully but it still isn't low enough lowered it from the brake cylinder seems maxed out any other way I could lower it a bit more? Thanks
I'm thinking about getting these, just with the arashi name. Seems a little complex for me even though I generally do everything myself. After lock tighting everything would you say the quality is good? I have so much money invested in my bike already and I'm not looking to put $500 Rearsets if I can get awesome looking ones for a fraction of the price.
As has already been mentioned these are sold with other brand names including Arashi for under £100 in UK. I assume they are Chinese. Are you still happy with them?
I would say they are ok, really depends on what you want to do with them and what your expectations are. You can get more quality by investing a little more money. - Van
Hi there I've just got bonamici rear sets but it's fir racing and I need to use on road how can I get that spring and the bit on the pedal for the R1 14b cheers
We do not offer Bonaducci rearsets or any of their products. The distributor here in the US does not offer the support level we feel is adequate so we stopped offering their products. - Van
GP Shift just works better on the track. Pushing down to upshift makes shifting while leaned over much easier which is something you need to do quite often while track riding. End of the day either standard or gp shifting will get the job done, it's all about personal preference. - Van
So these lower the pedal position any? I'm looking to drop my pedal position an inch or so, I'm a tall guy and my pedal placement isn't the most comfortable.
If you are looking for more high end technical parts I would keep looking. Over the years I have used many of their products and been happy with the end result considering the investment in the item. - Van

Happy to hear this was helpful and thank you for watching! - Van
I don't have an R3 or HB rearsets - I just like watching someone do the work perfectly.
LOL thanks for watching! - Van
Ive been watching your videos for awhile now and I like how well you explain everything and what to do. Its very educational so keep up the good work
No worries and thank you for watching! - Van
You must love your job, such awsome presentations everytime
I am the owner over here and for sure love my job! - Van

I was brought here from your website looking for an installation on a 2020 cbr600rr. The shift linkage is completely different from what’s shown here.

Yeah, the red is a really nice looking bike.

Hello. Is there an install vid on a 15 and up r1? Or is it the same install process as the r3?
We have all kinds of rearset install videos for that model R1. Here is a link to them on our site: www.sportbiketrackgear.com/2015-yamaha-yzf-r1-STG-project-bike/#rearsets - Van
Wish there was a way to approximate the feel without diving full in.
I have not meet many riders that were not happy with the changes in ergos after installing a set of rearsets. - Van
Is the hotbodies mgp install the same for the 2018 Yamaha R3? I can't seem to find anything on RUclips for it.
Yes it is the same up to 2020. - Van
@@sportbiketrackgear Thanks 😎
Which would be the better choice for quality these or the vortex?
Vortex makes a better rearset IMO. - Van
Hey Brian, where did you get that AlpineStar shirt?
That is an old dealer shirt we purchased for the team when we were vending Alpinestars at the Indy MotoGP. - Van
@@sportbiketrackgear Its a nice shirt!
Having issues getting these installed on my 14 Daytona R - sent you guys an email with a video. Basically the back of the brake lever is impacting the heel guard. Seems like a design issue that is creating a potential safety issue. Thoughts or work arounds?
I will reach out to the team and see if they can send this video over to me so I can look at it. - Van
Are these for lowering the food rest pet for the drive.. Tall drivers. Like myself?
No these are used to raise the pegs and increase ground clearance when you want to corner low. - Van

Sounds like you will need to adjust the push rod on the rear master cylinder where it threads on to the clevis. - Van
awsome vids very informative was wondering if you guys could suggest a company for ecu flash for the r3 not a piggyback system thank u
These look just like the Mad Moto rearsets you can find on eBay.
They're the same, just badged differently.
Great installation video
Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment! - Van

Pretty sure these same rearsets are available under different names on the web. - Van

Will there be any clearance issue when I invert my shift knuckle? Thank you in advance.
You should be able to switch to GP shift without any issues. - Van
Sportbike Track Gear thank you again
Just installed aftermarket rear sets and switched to GP shift. Thank you for the help
Can you please make the same video for r6
Sorry we do not have an R6 project bike here at STG. - Van
lol 299 USD is a rip man , they are the same as area22 , arashi , . they are actually made by kemimto and they are 120 usd max
So go buy the Chinese ones then
They are the same just rebrand
thanks came in handy
You are welcome and thanks for watching! - Brian Van
Maybe the shift rod needs to be a little longer.
is it available in india?

Awesomely Done
Where are these made in?
thanks
They're made in China.
Eveything on my bike is japanese , Italian , my current rear sets are gold Sato racing
So these lower the pedal position any? I'm looking to drop my pedal position an inch or so, I'm a tall guy and my pedal placement isn't the most comfortable.
bought the arashi on amazon, 1/3 of the price... looks to be identical. the brake spring bracket is garbage though
If you really want to get some quality parts for your bike check out Wish.com. - Van
🤗🤗🤗
WTF. why those this look like ARASHI.. Hehe.
China rearsets parts
Certainly not made here in the US. We have several brands that are all done here in the US. - Van
@@sportbiketrackgear Great Van!
