I have tried the calf and lunge stretch and nerve flossing and they ALWAYS make the symptoms much worse. I've had to give them up. Any other ideas?

I sprained my ankle about 2 years ago, I never had it checked out even tho I heard a pop, it healed about 90% 7 months after the injury but I slammed my ankle a few weeks into it, this time I had an mri which came back with a bone marrow edema. I been feeling a pinching sensation where you tapped on your first test and numbness started on the heel and now has gone closer to my toes. I had cordisone shots 2 in the last 2 months, I haven’t been consistent on my physical therapy. The doctor said i will most likely need surgery, I’m trying all sorts of creams and trying to stay consistent with my physical therapy because I can’t afford surgery right now , really hoping this helps me out

What happened at 3:02? You seem to do very well at public speaking but it seems like you tense up when starting a new topic or idea. Is that generally when it happens? I know someone who can help with that.
