Artisan TD is a Maze-type Tower Defense game where you have to survive by building mazes.

In Artisan TD, you'll set out to conquer the Archipelago of Chaos. Build tower mazes to free the souls of magical warriors corrupted by the TITANS.
Discover new towers and monsters as you embark on an adventure that will take you through 30 unique maps.
Created by a small independent team, handcrafted with passion and precision.
Artisan TD features no random, computer-generated waves.
Use the maps' topography and special tiles to optimize your maze.
Building strategies and combat tactics will be regularly updated. Vanquish the 4 primordial TITANS and their forty or so minions with a wide range of actions. You'll also unlock over 10 new towers that you can upgrade.
What's more, some maps will also have specific rule sets that you'll need to adapt to.
You'll be able to manage a small economy, taking the risk of integrating farms into your mazes.

There is going to be some "farming" for passive income later on it seems (from steam: "You'll be able to manage a small economy, taking the risk of integrating farms into your mazes."), which would give this game a whole nother dimension, balancing out economy buildup and defense. I think that's probably the grain fields that you can see on the screenshot that I used for the thumbnail of this video. Could be fun

OMG. I Found this game before I found Ancient Planet on steam but Artisan is not available so luckily I found Ancient Planet because I love that one too. Can't wait to try this one out it looks classic as to me. Im not a fan of FPS TD something more like Defense Grid and Wc3 Element TD style. Finally found that classic mechanic with beautiful graphics. Gonna Continue Ancient Planet having so much
09:33 the dev say they map you jump from level 1 to level 4 to show you more about the game from the demo
that's why level 2 and 3 are not available now but will be at the release
Thats cool. In one of the maps around 6:27 will they center their camera it felt distracting staring at the trees. For some reason my eyes look at the big forest more than the gameplay lol.

They definitely have to work on the targeting.. Archer is shooting the armored guy and the crossbow shoots the one without armor next to him...

Man I used to get stuck at eng words all the time, I wish someone was there to tell me.
Eng is not my first language, not even my third language.
Can you build a 10 gold tower without having to pay for the 5 gold blocker first?
I feel level 2 and 3 are "hidden" after level 1, there is a wave 2 button enabled after the first "win"
That just takes you back to wave 2 of that map. I think the reason they're missing is because the creator wants potential buyers to get a good feel quickly as to what the full game will be like by giving them a proof of concept type demo
Have you tried Rogue Tower?
The first time I did first person p.o.v. running around the map was awesome I wish more tower games had the ability to do so.
Two things make me pass on this game. Mainly, they don't provide enough information for new players on the demo maps. If you have no idea the purple bugs fly straight for the exit then you simply can't build properly. Why not explain that? Also, the targeting needs tweaking. Additionally, why not allow for initial placement with the unit for the additional cost? Great potential but I would NOT buy it "as is."
