- Taking a wet run along half of the Tees Valley route, from the midway point coincidentally named Middlesborough to Darlington, which lies on the East Coast Mainline, and doing it in the old classic Class 101. Hope you enjoy!

The thing I love about the class 101 is it's the most realistic looking dashboard in TSW3. Why cant the others look like this?
It’s a treat to have a Xbox controller on the PC. It’s much easier to handle the gears and the brakes. X and left button puts the brake handle to lap. Forwards 1 2 3 4 and backwards 1 2 3 4 on the D-pad. Coasting on 4.
The marshalling yard you passed is filled with trains. Middlesbrough was mainly chemical industries and steelworks.
The scenery and stations are accurately modelled.
Teesside Airport is actually a mile away from the station, hence the reason why it’s now closed.
I used to get the train from Middlesbrough to meet my girlfriend at Darlington station and then make the journey back to Boro, to stay in a hotel for the weekend. Some of the happiest times of my life.

Love the 101 and the tees valley line, my era my home line :D So many memories, ex-girlfriends scattered all along that route ;) Now I live 12,000 miles away :D
