Thx for this video. I’m almost entering my second year of uni and I think I really need to organize my sleep schedule. I’ve never thought of it being messy but now when I think of it… during the weekends I tend to be awake way too long and during the other days I just go to sleep whenever I feel like it. Currently, I’m having a summer job and I have to wake up 4:30 Monday to Friday which means I really sleep in on the weekends. In Sundays, when I have to return to work… it’s very hard to fall asleep. . . . Oh don’t mind the essay I just wrote 😅

Thanks for this video, I’m starting 9th grade on Friday. So far these months I been staying up all night. I’m feeling really nervous about making friends (cuz I got anxiety and bad social skills~~🎶🎵) and I really hoping that this year will be great, and that I can step out of my comfort zone.
don't be too worried! i was in your same position when i was a rising 9th grader. just be yourself and you'll make tons of friends! wishing you the best of luck in the new school year
It depends! In my opinion, the earlier you start the better, especially if you want to cover a lot of content over the summer or have a really bad sleep schedule. For me, I'd say at least around 1 month.

A lot of it is applicable and doing it would be beneficial. The 6th-grade workload and academic rigor aren't as bad as high school, so if you were to skip over some, it wouldn't detract from your experience. Under the assumption you already have a good sleep schedule, I'd focus on building up good study habits, even if they don't seem necessary at the moment, getting organized, and reviewing content if you think you need to.
Learning styles are actually a myth. We may find some learning styles more enjoyable, but the reality is that combining different learning styles is best for learning anything. For example, some people might say they're auditory learners, but they would retain information much better if they watched something along with hearing it be explained and then do it themselves (visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning combined). Don't limit yourself to one mode of learning, you are bound to fail!!
