Have been using this book for over a year now - great stuff, really handy when you have to come up with an encounter on the fly. Or you can prepare an encounter in advance if you'd like by drawing all sorts of extra stuff on the map. I have recently had my first TPK on a map from this book :D The only criticism I have after using the book for so long is that the spiral is made from soft metal and if it bends it becomes harder to turn pages. Sometimes this may even cause some pages to fall off. But just take proper care of your book and it should serve you well for quite a long time!
it's a very standard binding, so if it's seriously misshapen or anything, you should be able to take it to you local printers and ask them to rebind it for you with an identical ringbind.
