  • I review The Giant Book of Battle Maps 1 and 2.
I'll show you some ways to use them in your games, as well as how to use them together to create an even larger area to run your games on.

Awesome review! If I get an in-person party together again, I will probably buy either one of these or the two dungeon books.
    Please keep making more reviews!

Thank you! They really are a great addition to the table. To be fair I do get slightly more use out of book 2

Appreciate the thorough review of the book, helped me decide on my purchase. Only issue with the video is that the verbal audio appears to only be coming on one side. Made it hard to listen with headphones on.

Thanks for the vid man. If you had to pick between the two volumes, what would ya pick? Which has the better variety would ya say? Cheers!

id like to see someone make something that can go over the ring binding to look like walls or bushes, just to cover the binding , i think it would make it even more immersive

I took out the spiral binding rebound them in a lay flat design which eliminates the issue.

@@rpgdiy3301 I’d appreciate if you could explain what you did. I might be tempted to do it myself. Thanks in advance.

@@Crinklechip-s After removing the spiral spring from the pages, I squared the the pages up ran three three layered of flexible glue and a strip of thin, soft leather along the spine.

@@rpgdiy3301 Goodness! I don’t trust myself to do that. Sounds good though. 🙂

Just takes some time and practice. You could also just keep the pages loose and just lay down the ones you need for the encounter.
