GRANDE AMOR POR SU TRABAJO Y SUS ANIMALES .👏👏💪💪✌️✌️✌️♥️♥️♥️
Those pork scraps look delicious. I knew a old timer that would not eat his supper unless he had pork scraps with it. Years ago that was a must. This lady is a hard working womem. She knows what she's doing that's for sure.
It's called salt pork or fat back

Смалец-в морозные зимы топливо ,поджарка на нем вкусная.с выжарок с добавлением муки и сахара вкусное печенье
You are an extremely hard working woman...! I appreciate your efforts.
Хороший оператор у Вас,! И свинок тоже много! И такие упитанные! Благополучия Вам!
In the early 60's I worked for an uncle in Oldham who was a butcher, and every Monday morning I used to render all the beef fat down to make beef dripping. We used to sell it as it made the best chips.
I remember when McDonalds fried in beef tallow, The fries where on another level
My mum used to do that. I hated the taste of the chips once they cooled, which was fairly soon after they hit the plate.
Much healthier too.
It is a lost art! the last chippy that I knew of still cooking their chips in lard was in Wigan back in the 1990's most of them use palm oil now or vegetable oil, the vegetable oil is all laden with silicone that causes stomach cancer.
You are a very hard worker. The amount of weight you carry and that walk holy cow. Then you still had to make a fire pit. Loved watching you.
Hello Tam watching from Texas God bless you and stay safe always ❤️ ❤❤

Erstaunlich, was Du alles kannst, liebe fleißige Tam.❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹👍👍🌸🌸🌸
Rendering down pork fat to make cooking lard for cooking and create the cooked pork rinds is something that pig farmers here in the United States up until probably 50-60 years ago. Depending on the farm, some may still do that. : ) No doubt it brought back memories of old some of your older subscribers, even if they were just of stories told by parents and grandparents. My momma always said that you wanted to get a hog hanging on the scaffold by sun-up and butchering and processing all of a hog was an all day ordeal! No doubt, it took 2-3 more days to render the pig fat, make sausage and preserve it, prepare hams for curing or the smokehouse and whatever else they did, like cooking the head to make head cheese or souse. You all may not do all of that. : )
You have a pretty sizable drove of pigs now. It is quite a task to prepare their food to keep them fed. What are your plans for them.
Hello Tam watching from California. That’s such a difficult task preserving natural oil from pork fat. You are such a hard working woman. Be well and healthy.🙏♥️🙏♥️🇺🇸🇵🇭♥️🌼🌸🌺🍀🦋

Dude, I’m from Ukraine. That is not oil from pork fat😅😂 that’s just fried pork fat. We been doing this for years. There’s literally nothing easier to make. Cut and cook, steaming occasionally😂😂😂 what difficult task? 😅 I use to do it after school, when I was 8 years old
@@natalyazakharova3464And soon you will finally be from Russia ❤
@@johanea Soon there will be no country with such a name as "rUSSIA".
She is a very hard worker ❤
On building the fire area, one point was genius.
From the moment I saw her putting long pieces of wood, from different angles, facing towards the middle.
All you need to do, was to push them in, to continue the fire, remarkable.
Yes, Spanish Paella cooked in a wide large pan over wood fire uses a similar technique with the circle of sticks.
Strong and brave woman....I like that.
Luar biasa mandiri 🙏😊
No desperdicie agua que el planeta la necesita. . La felicito por sus practicas en la cocina
Добрый день хозяюшка

Hellow tam watching from philippines,im edilyn,
Hi Tam, I really love watching your videos. You're energie and the way you care your animals and your vegetables garden were full of love and care. Take care and God bless 😊
Thanks!
Hi I am very happy for this woman, she is doing all my her self.
Beautiful job
That was awesome Tam !!❤❤❤
Pig and Beef fat are the only two fats that we should ever use to fry or cook in, especial when it's high heat involved.
"Vegetable" oils are very practical but they make us sick, weak and then cause disease. In the best case they will makes us bloated and fat.
Never use vegetable/seed oils for anything.
Wow .. I see you managed to navigate the anti-nutjob entrance bots 🤦♂️
👍🏴
This is not the case entirely. Prolonged use of Mono saturated fats from animals leads to artery blockage, resulting in heart attacks and strokes. Hence the move away from using them in the 60s and 70s to vegetable based poly unsaturated fats which don’t have some build up in arteries but nothing like that of mono saturates. The problem is the additives that are put into vegetable oils now e.g. the emulsifiers that are put into spreads to imitate butter. Better to use pure organic olive oil as a spread; and to cut down on deep fried food be it derived from animal or vegetable based fats. Coconut oil is the best to shallow fry with. But really I think it’s best to vary from vegetable and animal based fats, bearing in mind your personal health situation with occasional use of what you shouldn’t be eating; same as for sugar consumption and processed food.
@@johnfinbarr1160 True but most of that science is a part of the hijack of our health.
A lot of it was corrupt to the bone and driven by the giant Crisco for profits back then !!
The problem with animal fats is how they are feed! Grass fed animal fat is very healthy.
The fat that comes from animals fed with pellets and GMO soy/corn are more toxic than the vegetable/seed oils!
You are right about the additives use in vegetable oils, not to mention the chemicals and agents used to remove the rancid taste and smell of it.
You are spot when you talk about cutting down on frying as a whole and using better choices of oils/fats.
Yep, sugar is another one :).
Basically, watch out for all of the processed/GMO foods, eat in moderation, exercise often and you should be okay...
@@johnfinbarr1160although I agree with most of what you are stating, is there actually solid modern evidence that saturated fats cause a problem? Back in the 50's the American Oil Council was very persuasive in their "data" they were funding. Seed oil extraction is with very high heat and chemicals one I believe is hexane etc. Most seed oils are GMO controlled from seed to harvest their money/food control, as an aside from the health aspect. IMHO we'll be fine with ancient fats, moderate or eliminate sugar lol.
100% in total agreement with you 👍

The pork dripping should be filtered all those pork bits in the lard can make it go off,it gives a very short shelf life

Pork fat oil the best to cook , my grandma used for food prep remember those days fondly 😮😢 , love pork belly , we call it chicharron so delicious with boil cassava and plantains 😮😢
The pigs are looks healthy 😊
Nice to meet you.
This is the first time I saw pig food made like this. They would usually cook everything, but you put the fresh greens in after. That's smart because the greens keep the nutrients.
Making your own pig feed, that's awesome.

This is definitely banana stem, it’s a common livestock feed in Asia.
