Phillips vs Pozidriv Bits/Screws: Understanding the Differences

In this video i quickly explain the difference between phillips screws and bits and pozidriv screws and bits.
A phillips bit should not be used with a pozidriv screw head. And a pozidriv bit should not be used with a phillips screwhead. If you do that it will work sometimes and it will be able to drive the screw sometimes but using the wrong bit for the wrong screw will usually result in the bit slipping and stripping out the metal on the bit and the screw.
