LOVE bumble bee clams! Canned clams are so underrated for how easy (and safe!) they are. I've never gotten sick from on-sale canned or frozen clams. These days I don't trust bagged whole clams/mussels unless I paid a premium for them.
My favorite part of a bouillabaisse is always the rouille. I could never eat just mayo on toast guilt-free without the excuse of the soup. I wish the rouille toast is standard side for any soup!
