If you're coming from a belt drive wheel 12nm will feel like a bit too much a first. My 5nm still feels good for me. Great channel mate 👍
I think its just a variance tbh. None of these wheels can be 100% identical. Just like dd wheels and so on. Some 8nm ones feel incredible some feel lacking. Thats justt imo variances at play. I dont usually see people talk about that though.
Does the C12 have the same issue with the on-wheel displays (rev and gear indicators) as the C5? Mine always lags behind quite a bit, to the point it really isn't usable for anything other than looking pretty.
There is a slight delay, you should see it in the iracing part of the video when I have a camera on the wheel
@@JasonStorm I was messing around some yesterday in AMS2 and noticed that in that sim, it works perfectly fine. I mainly drive in iRacing, in that it's so delayed it's useless. But it seems to be fine in other sims. I wonder if it's a thing on iRacing's side, or Cammus' side.
Will you ever go back to fanatec?
I still have my csl DD
I'm kinda bummed that this dropped while my C5 was in the mail. I'm halfway considering upgrading to it when I can afford to, just for the extra features it has. I don't much care for or need the additional strength, the C5 already kicks my butt.
The pre orders have just been released in the Uk. Im expecting my C12 in 3 working days and i'll sell on my C5. For me its the lightness and portabilty of the unit i appreciate. I have a foldable stand and some of the bulkier heavier units available really dont suit.
Would say because I was bored waiting I bought a C5 to upgrade from a T248 and have used it for week, and what a difference. I have had 2 wins and 1 2nd place in 4 races in the Ferrari challenge on Iracing this week which means with the new wheel I have not found my new level yet. But if the C5 leveled me up using T248 pedals I can't wait to see what the C12 and Simjack pro pedals do next week once I get used to them. Both due next week.
Ps anyone want a C5 in the UK?
C5 is still a great upgrade from a T248, C12 and some good pedals would be next level though 👍🏻
i hope the c12 holds up better than the rest of their products garbage c5 pedals stopped working after 2 weeks the hall effects in the brake pedal went wonky the paddle on the c5 broke in 2 months they have 1 person that i know of the speaks english everytime something breaks it takes 2 an half week to get replacements sometimes it takes 2 weeks to hear if your even going to something replaced an sometimes you dont hear anything at all something just shows up on your door step company is a mess got on their discord an was shocked by all the people having issues with product
