I admire you for not getting ripped off on the london eye, some people go up the shard or the sky garden for the view, i don't think your tour guide could get a job as a tour guide
I really enjoyed your video! You both make me smile and Dan seems like the "perfect" addition! Just found your channel, but had to subscribe and I'm going to check out rest of your channel! Thanks for bringing joy to RUclips!
Cool vid... Hope you get up to Oxford. The City of Spires!!! Not far from there is Stratford-upon-Avon, home to Shakespeare and on the way from Oxford is Blenheim Palace home of the Duke of Marlborough and birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill.
The monarchy is only "Really contentious" for those that object to it. Those of us who are happy with it... it's not at all contentious... and that is most of us! Edited, cos I suck at typing.
I hope someone clarified that the "Bell" is Big Ben and the structure is "The Clock Tower". Queen Elizabeth liked to spend her time in London at Windsor Castle. Quite a few of the royal family live at Kensington Palace and their last name was Saxe-Coburg-Gotha. George V changed it in 1917.... Was too German for WWI England!!!
@@shaggyz102Was originally St. Stephen's Tower and in 2012 to honor Elizabeth's Diamond Jubilee was changed to Elizabeth Tower. But I believe most people refer to it as Clock Tower. Americans routinely just call the whole thing Big Ben.
Nobody but crazy folk pay that price for the eye. If you book in advance it is cheaper. For example today (sunday) they are offering 40% off for tuesday-thurs. Or, you buy a bottle of yazoo milk shake for just over £1 (or various cereals and soaps) that has a buy one get one free adult ticket on it. Or you buy a multi attraction ticket in advance to go to say the eye and the London Dungeon. Or you buy a Merlin pass (lowest tier under £100) that lets you into the eye, every Dungeon attraction in the UK, the sealife centres, madame tussauds, shrek, peter rabbit, the blackpool tower, cadbury world..... Oh and Legoland, Altton Towers, thorpe park and Chessington World of Adventures and much more, repeatedly for a year.
If you feel you missed something though we have a vlog. Oh and he wasn't massively wrong, charing cross is the old name for trafalgar square and the point is in the sqaure but on a traffic island behind where you were.
that is very true! In the US we typically would call it a British accent, but it definitely is an English one :) How do you think it was? Have to admit, it wasn't my best haha
There is a lot to see in London, but it's expensive, it's not like Poland that for 60 dollars you can visit and eat your fill and the hotels are cheap. I invite you again when you finish your van.🌏🚐
It's the legit sitting on the pavement curb eating 🤣🤣😭
Sooo glad you enjoyed our capital city, it's Massive and Double the size of NYC so u really need a few weeks to see Everything ❤

I think he’ll stick to his day job 😂
To be fair, Charing Cross is about 300 feet away (East) from the point where Dan said the distance to London is measured from.
He was very close! We just like to give him a hard time 🙂
Cool vid guys, as a Londoner i really enjoy seeing visitors perspective of the city👍🏻
those kids looked pretty excited seeing that someone is vlogging in front of them :D

Great vlog! Love you both!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Hello. Very nice London video, thank you for sharing, I like it 👍
Thank you very much!
@@kyleandmadie 🙂
Very nice Vlog in london
Dan is your typical Brit...knows nothing about everything.
😂 gotta love him ❤️
And on this trip we found out that Dan was actually from Milton Keynes
Most atm's here don't charge fees..what accent were you trying to do lol
Maybe not on your local cards, but they do on ours!
You can’t drink or eat in the tube 😮
Dan is a typical cockney Londoner 😆🤣

There’s always one pedant. Everyone calls it Big Ben.
@@paulficken5561 That's not true. Proper English know it's history and refer to it in the correct way.
Thought it was renamed to the Elizabeth Tower?

8:30 That’s a pretty decent Pakistani accent
I think we will have to agree to disagree on that one 😂

Just to say its not a British accent its an English accent

Them squirrels are cheeky little buggers
Dan being antisocial!!
That was a `terrible London accent,` not an appalling English / British one. Try YT, "The Water in Majorca, doesn`t taste like it ought to.."
Your London Friend seems to have taken you to all the shit places. Why?
I mean we planned the trip to London…

Haha we would completely agree!!! Definitely more expensive than Poland. We would love to come back!
