Great location! My first stop in Rome many moons ago was the Pantheon. I cried in the Vatican. It's beautiful to see history come to life before your eyes.

We spent a 3 days in Rome a few years ago. I left my heart there and think of Italy often. The food was amazing. Next time, make sure to stop at a shop with meats. They will cut and let you sample. The flavor is out of this world.

Yes Yes Yes love Rome ...we stayed at Princess Diana hotel and the views were amazing the double decker bus are great you can see everything in 24hours for sure and shopping is amazing

When my late husband and I first visited the Coliseum, we were absolutely overcome with emotion. Neither of us ever thought we would be seeing it with our own eyes! Bucket List trip for sure! Favorite gelato flavor is Stracciatella (Vanilla w/chocolate chips)

If you come to Rome on the Panteon Pentecost Day of any year at 12:00 the spectacle is guaranteed if you are inside the Panteon, from the oculus of the Panteon the firefighters are trowing the buckets full of petals of red roses, in short is raining red roses petals...
Loved, Loved, Loved your video! I was there last month and was able to see the Vatican, Sistine Chapel, the Pantheon and the Colosseum. All awesome tours but it was so Hot!!!lol. It's like I'm relieving it watching your videos. The ride to the port was about an hour. We arrived at 10:30am and was on the ship (Carnival Pride) by 11:00am. Best Gelato is at Grom located at Piazza Navona. Favorite flavor is a mixture of pistachio and strawberry! Next time you are in Rome go to the St Peter’s Cathedral to see Michelangelo’s Pieta. The Vatican Museum so you can see the Sistine Chapel ( reserve tickets on line), Via Dei Condotti (Rome’s 5th Ave). If you want to see everyday people, head to the Prati area.
My daughter and I are heading to Rome in 96 days .. to be exact, LOL.... and finding your channel was great. We are excited and worried at the same time.

My favorite flavors of gelato are, first, pistachio, and then, hazelnut. Great minds think alike. I am so glad you got to experience these historical sites. The best food is found in the restaurants outside of the tourist area. We ate a lot of street food when we were there.
