Hi there. I don’t, no. I have been once. To be honest I think it’s best visited when it can be combined with something else or it’s on the way to somewhere. Just on its own, I found it not worth the time to get there and back. It is incredible in terms of the mystery that surrounds it and how they got there, etc but I didn’t necessarily need to see them to understand that. Anything else let me know.

Hi there. Thank you for your comment. Hmm. I see this video as being from a local perspective as that’s the whole point of this video. What else would you like to see? I am doing a part two at some point for London going over a list of things I didn’t cover in this video so keep an eye out for that. Thanks again

I'm not a film expert, so I can't articulate why I love your video so much. Somehow your footage gave me a better glimpse of what London actually looks and feels like, especially some shots of the London skyline. Most travel videos show London from the center but with your footage I actually get some vistas of London from different angles. There is a real spatial awareness in your footage somehow. Thanks!

Yes, not particularly great footage but to be expected when just using an iPhone. And for me that's a bonus, bcos I only take my smart phone (instead of my old, and huge, slr) travelling, so this is more realistic.
And this is what I'm liking most about this video so far, how practical it is. Personally I could do with even more focus on the tips and less on the production, but this is probably the most balanced I've seen (in many years of watching travel videos for research)

This is a very good guide, and I say this as a Londoner. There's nothing more frustrating than watching vloggers who come and have a mediocre time here because they only do the main tourist sites. This video is a really good middle ground between the obvious tourist sites and the unexpected.

Going to london in July 2022 with my parents, my aunt and my cousin. Getting so hyped, there is so many things in this video that have a, given me yet another thing to add my never ending list of places to go in London and b, made me even more excited to go this beautiful city. Places I had never heard of like Neal's Yard, St Katherines Docks, and Blackheath Village, have all been added on to my list of things I need to see. This video is incredibly well researched and formatted, with the flow of the video making a lot of sense. Having the days/areas divided was very logically set out, and made where everything was a lot easier to understand. In particular I really want to check out Greenwich so I can go back home and tell my geography teacher that I have stood on Prime Meridian. Thank you for this wonderful blog, you have earnt my subscription! - Much Gratitude from Australia

Same thing goes for most of us who live in the cities that are visited by tourists. Having lived in NYC most of my life I never visited the WTC Towers or its replacement. I didn't get to the Statue of Liberty until I took my sons. Never have been to the Empire State or Chrysler buildings. We take these sites for granted as a resident. We have 4 days visiting London in October and will make the most of it. Thanks for the enlightening tour.

Lovely video! I live in Canada (born in Scotland) and go back to the UK every Christmas. After seeing my Scottish home town and a few rellies, I go to London for a week. London is such an amazing host! She really has something for everyone. I like museums and plays, others like the pub crawls and kitschy shops, I love just strolling and seeing things. I just got to the square mile last year for the first time because (some things you missed) I wanted to see The Mithraem, Guildford Ampitheatre and St Mary Le Bow's. Another thing about last minute theatre tickets, apps are great and everything but I love going to the little kiosks and just saying "I have tomorrow afternoon free..." and he knows what he has tickets for. Still haven't seen Play About A Bank Robbery. Always mean to. See you in December!

Excellent guide. Brought back many happy memories. Difficult to cover every aspect of London but you did a terrific job. If you have children or are elderly or have limited mobility worth mentioning that there are many quiet havens all over London - Postman's Park, Battersea Park, Hampstead Heath. Chelsea, Notting Hill, Kew, Regent's Park are also pleasant places. While shopping and eating are great activities it's worth remembering that London is a huge collection of villages and open spaces. Something for everyone. (Born in London and lived here most of my seventy odd years)

Museum of London is vastly under-rated. I loved it for an in-depth history of the city. Also, it is near St. Paul's to visit both. Hampstead Heath is a lovely park if a picnic is in mind. Kid friendly London Zoo is there. You can combine history, architecture, fine art, and beautiful gardens at Kenwood House at the north end of Hampstead Heath (Golders Green area) -- free admission, and picnicking allowed.

This video is about how to spend your holidays in London. The narrator mentions the beautiful Buckingham Palace and the telephone booth fascinates tourists. He mentions Queen Elizabeth, saying only positive things about her. Tells about the Tower of London, which is almost 1000 years old.
He described many of the landmarks and also mentioned the city's transportation app City Mapper, very beautiful Greenwich Park with a beautiful garden. The video is very informative, it's good that there are locals who shoot interesting videos about their city.

I love your videos! I was in London only for a few days around Christmas time and fell in love with the city. We stayed at Dorsett City London hotel, loved it and the rooftop bar :) A plus is it is right next to the underground. We walked a lot, got to know the underground and took hop on/off buses. We ended up getting off the bus to look around the palace right before the Changing of the Guards, very cool accident ;) The Sky Garden is a must see! As soon as they released tickets for that week I got tickets during sunset to see day and night views. Gorgeous! And I also went to afternoon tea at Marriott Grosvenor House and it was AMAZING! ALL CAPS AMAZING! I have to go back for at least a week, I am so enamored of your city, and I need to all of these places in your videos :)

I really enjoyed watching this video , entertaining and informative at the same time Nice to see a lot of my favourite spots like Sky Garden .Going back to London for 6 days in 2 weeks from now. Pretty much done with the sightseeing years ago , so now it’s all about enjoying the city and exploring new areas.

I was born in London, and have lived in London all of my life so far (30 years!), and this video has made me fall in love with my home all over again. It's so easy to get whipped up in the hustle and bustle of commuting, and quickly getting from A to B, but this video has made me want to slow down, get out, and explore my home again, with no time limit. Thank you for this fantastic video!

The video quality is amazingly good. When I travel I like to see a short list of "must see" tourist places and then I just like to see what the locals like so this is a great video for both. Thank you!

I'm going to visit London next week. I'm so stoked and I'm glad that I found your video. It's very helpful.
I'm very dissapointed when I found out I had to get tickets for the Harry Potter Studios 4 months before actually going. Now I won't be able to go there, because its already fully booked till september! It's crazy.

Woohoo! Beautiful video and guide, wish I had seen this before my trip. I was there 2 weeks ago, for a whole week. First time in London, solo. I saw about 80% of the places you have covered, on foot or tube or the exact same clipper from Greenwich to London Bridge. Some of them I literally accidentally found, and didn't know they were so famous until this video. For example St. James's park, Horse Regiment House or even Leicester Square. I spotted the Monument, when I stepped out of Bank station to take pee while travelling to Greenwich and had to change a tube, not kidding. By the way it costs 5 pounds now. I also missed a couple of places very close to me, including Borough market. I was living in a hostel just outside Borough underground station. I also did Bath for one entire day. Ohh and Citymapper ftw, I could use the Tube with so much ease just because of Citymapper.
    Good job man!
