Hey Leonard, I am where you were in the job, as far as not getting frustrated at some executive decisions. Also, the desire to mentoring. I am officially mentoring two younger peers. I really am enjoying this part of my responsibility. Where I am not with you, is what Joe Kuhn always states, is to retire to something. I haven’t found my niche. I am looking forward to your next video. Please keep up the videos. I am really enjoying them. Thanks.
