They really don't care whether u r having financial issues or not. It usually goes like this, when u resign on ecms portal then bu hr will reach out to u asking what ur reason of leaving. If u have a good profile then they might tell u to stay but they never increases salary more than 2 lakhs what I have seen. And next he will ask whether u would like to reduce ur notice period. All this thing will happen after u resign. But obviously do this only when u r confident enough that even if u loses the current offer due to 3months NP, u will still find another in 3 months.
Serving notice period is mandatory. It does not depend on if you are on bench or not. If you aren't willing to serve then you would need to pay the entire amount
You have to spend 18 months in one project before you can change. But if your Mgr is friendly and helpful, you can casually discuss this with him. But the policy says 18 months

Did any auto acknowledge respond mail sent when u receive the mail. If so it will be considered as u agreed for the terms and conditions. Don respond to any emails leave it and b calm and idle. Pf if created then it will be problem when u submit ur uan number to new employer. because it will have date of exit (doe)left with blank,if u r properly releieved doe will be added. Be safe.

Hi, for marriage they do give leave but 10 days is too much. Even I got married during my notice period and was granted 2 days leave, just for the main occasion. For remaining ceremonies, you can adjust internally with team and remain on and off. But 10 days is not something you will get, definitely

Policy wise it comes after 45 days of your LWD. But most of the time it comes before this period gets over

I dont think there is a limit to this. All leaves should get encashed

It has to be approved by the Mgr but yes, you can do this

Mam, I have joined Capgemini 8months ago and I have resigned due to health issues in the location. I have signed a bond for 2years but I resigned. If I don’t want to pay the bond amount I won’t get relieving letter. But I was placed in another MNC and what If I didn’t provide them the relieving letter, will the new MNC accepts my joining or will I face any problems? Please help me out of this

And don't give assurance that u will join back.bsed on my health i will join like this u say.
Then manager will come to know something is gonna happen.
Followed by they will be plan to release u soon
Then u can enjoy by released from project.

Yes, buyout option is very much available. If your Mgr is refusing then tag his seniors along in the mail and then write the same issue. Then he won't decline
From May month there is no buyout option. HR will not ready to release you

I recently got my welcome wizard letter and while fill wizard letter I am unable to complete from qualification details part it's showing loading spinner .and my onboarding date is also exceeded I.e on 5.5.2022 . If you've not joined the onboarding then you're not an employee. It's a case of absconding so no need of bond amount payment
