단팥빵이 이렇게 만드는 거 였구나,, 약간 만두 만드는 거랑 비슷한 것 같기도 하고! 생각보다 엄청 어려운 것 같지 않네요? 저도 집에서 동글동글 한 번 츄라이 해봐야겠어요 🫶🏻
헉 정말 실기 연습하는데 재료 배합표에 2로 나누어서 믹싱을 하면 반죽온도가 30도가 넘고 매끈하지가 않더라구요.. 내일부터 이 영상보고 연습하면 될거같아요! 감사합니다ㅜ
