- In this video we show off our all out Vanquish Phoenix kit build and start building our budget friendly Phoenix RTR. We updated the steering servo to the Reefs RC 422, we add in our mini Raw 100, and our Raw 100 mount for the dig and overdrive shifting needs. We made changes to the overall ride height by adjusting the lower shock position, relocated the electronics and removed the battery tray for better COG and performance.

Rock on!
Very cool. Thanks for sharing.
The raw 100 was a great addition to my yeti jr. Also, I really like that monster energy shirt
Very informative video !
I own 3 reefs raw 500’s all are fast and strong. One is in a race truggy tekno et48 and the other 2 are in vanquish phoenix rock crawlers.
Nice 👍🏾
Thanks 💯
What wire loom is that? Love both builds.
I was wondering if you could do a video for the sway bar kit it looks like you left a few pieces out and have the sway bar attached to the old bottom shock mount without the extra links
Can you please advice me on the factory transmitter on channel 3 vs 4 to install your 422 servo winch? Thank you.
Really wish someone would show how to set end points on the channel 4 on the rtr. I’m confused how/where to do that one.
Check out Anderson Bros Rc video. They do a great video on this topic
everybody watching this for help Don't take the set screws out just back them out until they're flush like the manual says
Thank you, that's what I should've said.
Makes literally no difference whether you back them out or take them out. Just keeps you from losing them.
Budget build. Nothing with Vanquish is a budget build.
Just paid 720$ for the bare bones.
It’s all a budget. Just depends on what your budget is for a rig.
