    My advise would be
1- eat apples or pineapples. Basically eat blunt things not sugary unless u crave them otherwise avoid sweet things and salty and oil things avoid
2- eat frequent small meals not one large meal. And eat slowly not quickly
3- brush often and rinse mouth extremely
4- take your pre natal vitamins
5- sit in aerated rooms avoid piled up rooms with no air ciculatuon
6- take ginger lemon and a little coffee with no sugar decaf especially
7 - use mumbwa and look for herbs that u can drink not just from and ssenga find a good one
8- have a supportive team not people that dismiss ur feeling
9- dnt skip meals or if u can have small snacks in between meals
10- try different things from the above one might work the other might fail lasts try acupuncture or reflexology Google nausea prevention using acu. .... Enjoy the journey it's a beautiful one😍

What a relevant topic!First forward most women don't open up about morning sickness because of this general perception that pregnancy is one of the most beautiful thing that can happen to a woman! But I say NO....a bad morning sickness can be one of the deterrence factor for decisions not to get pregnant again...I absolutely understand Manuela...to the ladies who don't experience morning sickness...thank God in abundance because a bad morning sickness causes depression

Am almost 5 months, but have basically been switching remedies right from when I realized I was pregnant, i tried ginger at first, I would take it early in the morning, then I would always have those small green sweets, after that I have now switched to lemon, it is my new best friend
    Everything lemon keeps me going

What exactly is morning sickness though? Is mere throwing up without nausea also termed as morning sickness? Personally, I would start throwing up the moment I entered the house, until I left. So I felt better out of home. I spent more time out of the house. I felt better at work, on the road, just anywhere outside the house.

Chewing ginger or keeping it in the mouth relives nausea.... Then make sure you go away from all smells that make you nauseous

For me personally my morning sickness wasnt too bad i had to avoid anything that triggers the morning sickness, and just like the ladies are saying its good to try many things as possible till u find what works for you.
