@philip Trevor I never thought I would hear someone saying something that smart when it comes to strongman sport :D Only exception would be someone like the dutch giant with about 218cm of height, if he decides to and has the potenial. Imaging someone with a weight of 220-230kg and 218cm....but...yeah....in reality...no :D
Nah, Kiels will be at least second. Especially with his improved deadlift. Not sure about The Arnold tho, his recent biceps tear might slow him substantially

with one qualifier remaining, 6 guys have qualified, hafthor, Kearney, Novikov, ,Kieliszkowski, Caron , and Shivlyakov. I believe 10 guys are allowed in the main event in ohio. Matins and Shaw are both out of contention at the moment, and neither Stoltman has any points. So there you go.

He will win Arnolds, Europe and Wsm again in 2020! I think his biggest rival this year will be Mateusz. I said he will win WSM one day, especially if he gets his deadlift up and it is improving. Thor is still the man to beat and will take some stopping. I have a lot of respect for this guy and you can tell he still has the hunger!

If the bar at the Arnold Classic (In Columbus, Ohio) is 5m, don't forget about that. Could you maybe find something like some foam to use to add that extra 0.5m, so you don't wind up used to throwing too low? Or was this just you didn't want to to outside for this session?
I guess it makes sense to train the strongman events heavier and harder than they would normally be.

If you want the best way to train for the wheel of Pain, then somehow you need to mount the 12” log to the uprights of the Yoke to match the diameter you will be pushing!

Just a warning to keep an eye on the railing, if the bag constantly keeps hitting the railing, the fixings holding it up might fail or rattle loose.
