Holy Moly, I can see you grow and get bigger every episode. So motivating for me as I’m trying to work to 334lbs for both deadlifts and squats. I’m currently 314lbs on deadlifts and 304lb on squats

Nobody is forced to try the world record do you really want to see someone be beat on reps when they have a far superior max? that's some Patrik Baboumian shit

Hello Thor, you could use tungsten for the dumbbell. Tungsten is an really dense element. more than 2 times as dense as iron or steel
