    I was happy to see Inkbird made a wireless thermometer but just like all the others to long and thick of a probe for my liking. Glad I saw this video, you saved me from buying and sending it back.
    They need to make them thinner and shorter, otherwise they have a limited use.

    How do i charge the probe the case is full charged and the probe is dead and even in the box wont charge

    How do you set the Ambient temp range? I think I'm blind...

      You don’t. Unfortunately it’s not an included feature within the app yet. I just purchased one and I’m on im thinking about returning it for that very reason.I think that’s a big mistake not including it. When you are doing extremely long cooks (like a brisket) , having an alarm to wake you up because your pit temp has dropped is crucial.

    Tri tip is pretty tough the more you cook it. I always make mine rare. You can always cook it more bit once it's past or over-cooked. It's ruined.
