I had just recently heard this song by Kenny Chesney and had it made me instantly think of my Mother. My Mom had passed two years ago but not a day goes by that I do not feel her with me and understand that one day we will see each other when the time is right.
This month especially has been a little tough for me because of the memories that are still inside and how I sometimes think that I can just call her on the phone when it reality I cannot.
So...I listen to these Lyrics to look for guidence and hope in which will comfort me and continue to find peace knowing that I never had lost her.
I hope that does not sound crazy.......

This song is so soothing to me, Kenny. Thank you for sharing this song with us, giving us more understanding of what you might be feeling. I am the one that just found out that I have the same disease that my mom had before she died, and it has really been rough. I have so much wrong with me, I just life a day by day life. And I try to stay positive. I would love to talk to you, just the two of us, but I don't have signal. I don't have anything that is social media. They think it stresses me out too much and I spend too much time in here where my computer is by myself and they worry about me. It's only fair....they have taken care of me while I was in a coma after I died and the medical people flew me out of here to another hospital where they put me in a coma. I have had alot of things like that happen. I am NOT feeling sorry for myself, nor asking for your sympathy. Please understand that!! I really do love you!!!

My son died 10 years ago! What an incredible song. Kenny Chesney never disappoints.
I lost one of my closest friends last year just before our high-school graduation. Over 400 people came to his candlelight sigil and 500 to his funeral. He taught me many things that will make me a better man. I thank you Ryan Dotson. Until we meet again my friend.

I lost my brother--who was my best friend--on 01/23/2021. That was a week to the day after my birthday. (He had pneumonia, and he knew he would likely be intubated later that day.) He called me from the ICU to wish me happy birthday. (He was that guy who remembered me and our Mom on every occasion.) He had Covid, which he contracted from his in-laws, who selfishly visited his home for Christmas 2020 despite the fact that they were contagious. (His wife knew they had Covid.) He was susceptible to illness due to having CLL. Our Mom was in the hospital when he died, so she couldn't even attend his funeral.) Mom died three months later (on 03/23/2021), and I couldn't fully grieve her because I was still grieving my brother's death. This is one of many songs that makes me think of my brother.
