You need to zoom in the whole way, be behind the white van where the patrolling guard can't see you.

Only came here cause I thought you could stealth take down the last guy and was confused why he instantly saw me with no indication.
I just hate stealth dude, it's not fun. I also hate tailing for the same reason. Stop slowing down my fuckin action games dude.

Because the stealth in this game fucking sucks, RGG studios thought they was being slick by adding stealth into the game but instead of making it good they made it with pure brain damage.
