...Oh, so Jun is the one who'll finally stop the Mishima family feud. There's the whole "breaking from chains" theme in Tekken 8, but Kazuya is not interested in it and Jin seems to have quite the complex. "People like us shouldn't exist", he said in that trailer. Pair that with Jun's "You're all alone" for Kazuya and you get the picture: Jun wants to stop this long hate cycle and show that there is indeed a place even for people like them... And she might use her fists to better illustrate that, haha.

I hope the game has a lot of special intros, on the level of old KOFs and CvS2. It's a big deal that TK, a 3d fg, is bringing back this idea from the 90s invented for 2d fgs. And ironically modern SFs since 4 adopted the cinematic battle intros invented by TK and SC. And GG, another 2d fg notable for special intros, adopted MK10-11's battle intro style. And SNK still uses old school battle intros but the devs became lazy so there are very few special intros in KOF 15. So the thing is that 2d fgs pretty much left the idea behind... and TK8 revived it with a modern stylish touch. Actually there's a mix of cinematic and old school views in these interactions, so to me that means TK surpassed all other games' battle intros by coming up with a way to combine the old and the new.
it's about time Tekken got intros since they have a storyline now, also I really loved Xiao Yu and Jin intro, the respectful bow before a fight, then there's the bro fist of Lars and Jin.
The funniest thing about Law's "I HATE RICH PEOPLE" quote is that he at one point was rich (according to his Tekken 4 prologue). Funny how he went from trying to be rich to hating the rich.

So it seems Leroy know Lili cause he is a business partner of the Roschforts (idk the spelling)
Lili calls him "Maître Leroy" (Master Leroy) in her special intro, dunno why the subtitles took that out. Might be she became her student between games, or really respects him.
@@nuthella5251he's rich too... Probably in partnerships with sebastian or her father
lars:"we have injured. Send a medic" (while he continuously pressing you down with his foot) is absolutely funny to me.
...Oh, so Jun is the one who'll finally stop the Mishima family feud.
Ah, good ol' tekken translation, Asuka says "Oh shut up! That's my line!" in vs Lili intro if anyone's curious, can't say nothing about Lili since i don't know jack(pun absolutely intended) about other languages aside from English/Japanese. Other than that it's improved. It's cool how they even have special final round start animations. I hope Paul and Kaz will have special intro in final build too.
Lili is speaking French, being from Monaco. I hope the same for Paul and Kaz. Love that Jack pun lol.
I really wish Paul and Kaz had some sort of interaction. But regardless im happy that this game has so much personality.
I really like that lars and jin did a fistbump before fighting
Leroy's new outfit looks even better than his T7 one. Since no Devil Jin, might as well main him.
Damn! Was hoping Paul vs Kazuya would have one. A guy can dream..
Kazuya is way above Paul. Kazuya sees him as an insect
@@philgamer9499 sadly they made Paul a complete joke instead of showcasing how powerful he is/was. A nod to it at least would've been nice as a callback but I guess as far as the current canon goes, that may as well have never happened.
Sucks that Kazuya probably doesn't even remember who Paul is at this point, the last time they interacted was like 20 years ago in game.
Oh Bryan's face smash victory is more aggressive by yelling.....I like it
I wish there was actual dialogue between Paul and Nina since they have literally been in every Tekken game.
Yep!
I like how lars expression is different based on Jin or kazuya
0:02 is that Leroy and Sugar statue on the background?
Man, i wish there was a Special Intro between Paul and Kazuya in Tekken 8. And of course it's one of my favorite rivalry of all time.
It's official: "You remind me of someone" is the translation for "You look familiar"
I believe Asuka says to Lili "Shut up! That's MY line!" 😂
Leroy also has a unique Rage Art quote to Kazuya.
Everyone gangster until Bryan freakin' lights up the crowd with a mini gun LOL
Even the cameraman gets a face full of it when he throws it at him!
it's about time Tekken got intros since they have a storyline now, also I really loved Xiao Yu and Jin intro, the respectful bow before a fight, then there's the bro fist of Lars and Jin.
Love how much more ferocious King's growls sound compared to previous games. Cant wait for this game!
6:04 Whoa Brayn's packin' heat!! Dude his victory pose is SICK!!!
2:25 IF Leroy knows xiaoyu as shown in his win dialogue,,why does he seem to not know xiaoyu here??
I’m guessing he trained her or met her when she was younger, maybe he’s friends with Wang or something
@@Squidward-jv7go that still doesnt answer my question....how does he know her in one scene and in the other he does not?
@@Jackripper121 he probably met her when she was little...she's an adult now, he wouldn't recognize her if he hasn't seen her in years.
The funniest thing about Law's "I HATE RICH PEOPLE" quote is that he at one point was rich (according to his Tekken 4 prologue). Funny how he went from trying to be rich to hating the rich.
The amount of small details during their win poses like they got dirt on their face or clothes is fascinating
Lili: Hi Leroy
Leroy: 1:40
I love the bit of role reversal between Hwoarang and Jin!
