    I love the rose link bracelet. It is beautiful! I wish you were talking during the video. I would love to follow along. I know some people are shy about talking on camera. Have you thought doing a voice-over afterwards explaining what you are doing?

      You hit the nail on the head! I have not yet got the courage to do voice overs yet. I just recently(about 6 weeks ago) started this RUclips journey. I am still learning the art of video editing and such. It may take me a bit, but I will get there in time. As of right now, I am just doing demonstration type videos that may turn into more of a tutorial type video. Thank. You so much for your feedback. I am learning and hopefully grow from all the great input! 💜

    Wow. This is my first time watching you. I have seen a wire rose before- kind of- it was not clear what was being done where. But this is so good! Very clear. I love the rose and the leaves. Beautiful!

    I love your rose bracelet I didn’t understand what you did with the other smaller gauge of wire when you went out of frame. The roses are beautifully done and I would really like to make them. You are so so good with wire. You also went a little fast for me lol. Thanks for any help

      Also I was wondering were you get your pliers. I have the regular nylon pliers and the round nose nylon but haven’t seen the others. Thanks for any help

      I just wrapped the loops together then closed the ends. I show a freeze frame of it completed right after that part of the video. Sorry for the going out of frame. I am trying to learn to keep in frame as this is all new to me.

      My tools I mainly use are the Webbers brand and then I have a second cheaper off brand. The white coating you see on my pliers is called tool magic. It's a tiny tub of a thick liquid substance that I dip the ends of my tools in and then let them dry overnight. The coating lasts through a few projects and I have to recoat them. It is really good for eliminating a lot of the tool marks.

    Thank you for sharing with us. I have a comment about the two little loops behind the rose, can't we join them together when we open them and then close, I think it will be secure enough without linking them with new smaller gauge wire. Just my opinion.

    • @Mycopperlife
      @Mycopperlife  Месяц назад

      Yes, if your loops overlap, you could do that. I just find it easier to use the smaller gauge wire and it keeps the back a flat profile rather than a small lump from looping the two together. I hope that makes sense. I feel it makes the roses lay flatter on the wrist. If your roses have enough space in the domed part of the rose, It is possible to push it up in there, but I haven’t had good luck with getting it all flush. 😊

      I wouldn't cut it at all. I would squish it down and twist it a little. If their too long you could use a smaller end of the mandrel

    • @Mycopperlife
      @Mycopperlife  Месяц назад +1

      I’d also like to add that the reason I tie these together at all is to prevent the bracelet from pulling apart, if it were to get snagged or yanked on something.

    I’ve been wanting to get good at making the rose component. The close up shots were very helpful!
    I have a question, your nylon tipped chain nose pliers…I have never seen them only the standard nylon jaw pliers. It would help so much to keep the tool marks to a minimum. Would you please tell us where we may purchase them? Thank you!

      Glad you enjoyed the video. Some don’t like the talking and others do. I am just starting out on this RUclips journey, so this may change as I learn how to edit and do all the stuff, but for now, they are purely demonstration videos. 💜
