I live in the uk .Our thrift stores which we call charity shops are generally speaking not any where close to being as well stocked as yours seem to be and I've been using them for dozens of years . I have more luck at car boot sales . If you don't know of these it is when a number of sellers pack their cars and vans with things they want to get rid of cheaply and they pay to park up in a field and display their items for sale . you can get very good items for great prices.Similar to your garage sales. Sadly my local charity shops are quite pricey . I have really enjoyed some of your ideas and now I'm disabled without an income I'm going to be watching more of your videos to see what I can re use from around my home and garden .I have to sell my home and it needs a lot of cosmetic updating .it's also huge .
I love to get ideas from your videos. There is a very simple way to make tassels without hot glue or rubber bands. Just tie a long strand of yarn at the point where the tassel folds and tighten. Then wrap another, shorter strand of yarn around the top below the fold and tie the two ends together blending the ends into the tassel. Simple
I really enjoyed the whole journey with you. From going along with you to the thrift store and getting pointers to see how beautiful the final product is. Thank you for sharing 💜
The glass jar with the lid you filled with cotton balls, is a vase and the lid, is oil lamp. You would fill it with lamp oil, add a wick and light it. It give a beautiful glow of a wax candle without the wax drip. I still have one I made in the early 1990's.
I love how relaxed and in tune you are with your projects. Wearing a white shirt while you paint? I have to wear old "painting clothes" to do any projects! You give me hope that something is do-able!
I love Repurposing things from Yard Sales & Thrift Stores! Thanks for more ideas!!!! ALSO- If you don't already have a Dremel, You should invest in one- They have So Many attachments for Everything from Sanding intricate areas (Like Spindles) to making cuts, polishing metal, You name it- there's an attachment!!😘
@@daynad8104 yeah like painting those little matte gold spotlights. She did this in two videos and I think it ruined them. But honestly, the table was a lot of work, I've been through that nightmare. Especially when there's already enough unfinished furniture everywhere you go. A couple coats of dove grey or buttercream would be a quick, easy alternative.
Great ideas, one and all Liz! My favorites have to be the embroidery hoop art and the redo of that green lamp. The new look is a total night and day transformation. Great ideas, my friend. Blessings - Judith 🎭
I love how you used the wine glass to transform the two different sized plates to create the tiered effect. I've seen people combine two candle stick holders but I thought your way seemed much prettier and more elegant.
My favorite was the framed yellow lace! You are so creative. But I have to say… the wood filler art… um… all I could see was an intestine/colon!! Am I the only one?! 😂 But loved the black frame!
Liz I loved all of 27 projects! I will be watching this video again! Thank you sharing all these great ideas, I will be trying several of these, just hope mine turns out as good as yours.
You always find such awesome thrifting items and your results are outstanding. Such creative talent you have been given and developed. Well Done. I am always inspired by your presentations. Thank you and please don’t stop sharing your creative talent and ideas with us. 🥰
This video is loaded with interesting ideas and I loved the tv tray. I've been looking for an outdoor table between 2 rocking chairs. They are so expensive. Add a simple coating on the outside and wa-la
I hope in the future you can add chapter time stamps to the info bar to easily reference each project 😄 that concrete clock turned out better that I imagined it would!!
U have so many great ideas that are cost efficient for the home. I’m getting so many ideas from u. Thank u for all the great ideas. If by chance u have too many DIY I would gladly take them off your hands.
Love that lamp! I need one and would love to re-do it similar to what you did! Love the antique chair that you stained for the hall. The tiered tray is beautiful!
I loved the green lamp...but I would have lwft it without the white on the bottom for me. It looked great both ways, but I preferred without the white. It blended beautifully!
Subscribed to your channel. Love your perspective on recycling. Hoops were beautiful. I would have added some florals to the adjustments to cover them. Shells would look good too.
Wow these are all sooo amazing you have such a creative mind, & so classy, and super stylish. You would do amazingly great in staging homes, Interior design, & many more job titles...your amazing!!!! Drop the 🎤... 💥 you killed It. I ❤ watching your channel!! Thaks for sharing your 🤯 talent/creativity 👌 👏 😍 👍
I really thought at the beginning of the black frame where you used whatever you was spreading all over the foam board was gonna be an epic fail! But as you worked with the material and got it spread evenly was a very beautiful project. I loved everything about it.
This is my favorite video of yours to date! You found some really great items at your thrift store and definitely inspired me to visit mine. Great job!
Hi Liz What awesome ideas. Love the TV table. also that Argo color is beautiful. My kitchen is light and dark Grey so that color would be perfect for any diy's I do. Thanks Leta
Piece came out great! Yvonne, from Ginger Chick Rehab, has several bowls similar to the last (pricey) one you showed. It must be oiled regularly, or it will crack. Idk what kind of oil…maybe you could check out her video. I know it was in the last few months. Btw…you look great! I love seeing “wearing” the new baby!
Fun video! Lots of ideas! Just as an aside, I really dislike cords that show , most of the time they are brown or black. So , I paint them the same color as my walls and they disappear! I only thought to mention this because of the lamp you updated!🌼🌼
Thank you I love all the unique fun ideas you have. I get a kick out of guessing if you are going to go with white, gray or black this time it's usually white. Its white 7 out of 10 times. LOL
Do you ever NOT paint anything white or black? I've watched you cover beautiful distressed or painted surfaces with.... Wait for it....yes! Black or white. Love your channel.
Maganize holder?? Lol 🤪🤪 Btw, when making a tassel, if you tie your longer piece around the middle of the bundle of yarn before folding them in half to form the tassel, rather than fixing it to the side afterwards, it balances better and hangs more evenly, because it is centered. 👍👍
Magazine looked much better with stain I just think it’s ashame to paint wood just a personal preference but I was typing this as you were finishing looked up and very pleasantly surprised at how pretty it turned out
Hi Queen, I enjoyed the video. Your Beverage Tea bar is beautifully styled. love the mugs and the marbled riser. TSMFS Blessings be safe and well. 💖👸🏾🌻☕🙏🏽😘
Thank you so much for sharing DIY fabulous ideas. I am loving it. The only thing I am a little hesitant about is the colors that go with my wood color wall. Any suggestions Liz For sure white and .....
I loved it all, fist was your tier tray, then I changed my mind to the picture frame with the wood puddy. But I really love it all . I want to try your picture frame art work. 🖼

You should of put sunstone or dried flower in bell part glass in tiered tray
But I love it
I love the black frame with the wood filler, Simply beautiful.

I would never trust myself to not wear "painting clothes." Heck I wear a full frontal apron everytime I eat spaghetti.
Good afternoon beautiful Liz! Awesome tray! Beautiful decors Liz very inspirational. thank you for sharing this amazing video. You have a blessed day.
Oh the distressed chair is my FAVORITE! And it helps that MOOSE is sitting on it 😉😍🐾

Liz I love every thing you craft. Thanks for sharing all you create and share with us all. God Bless You from Alabama.
The side table is my fav piece! I’m so glad you didn’t paint it white like most DIYers 😁👏🏼
Honestly, I'm tired of seeing her paint so many things black!

Oh I think the tall canister you crafted is a toilet roll holder...still like what you did with it 😁
Oh yeah and those are also used as a cabinet to hide a toilet plunger.
You have a good eye for potential. Your instructions are clear and easy to follow. Giving your thoughts is very helpful.

I spy blessings abound!! My favorite thrift store… over 50% of my home is from there!!
Yes! Love that store:)
Love your projects, picked up some good tips. I almost died when you cut the excess lace off of the hoop project!
Good stuff. Especially like DIY #22. The spray painted vase remindsme of milk glass! Great video. Thanks for sharing😺
Love the owl's & the lamp, i love the whole video, i love that you have taught me a lot for my new apartment, thanks liz
That was an amazing thrift store. You had a lot of great things to choose from. Mine are never this well stocked.

You always make the best DIY'S!!! I'm obsessed with everything in this video, especially the hoop & lace wall hanging.
I wondered if you could use placemats in the tray? I find really nice ones at the thrift store💜🙂👍
I bet you could. I have seen other diy people use placemats.
